My Monday motivation for today, lost 12lbs in 5 weeks. I have been busting my ass and pushing myself everyday mentally and physically. I use these as an example to show what a change in your diet can do because I always get asked about abdominal exercises and my first response will and always will be "...so what does your diet look like?"
