Let’s talk about Kerry Eurodyne’s red flags 🚩

As I've been rewriting my fanfic End Transmission, I’ve been thinking a lot about Kerry’s characterisation.

There is a trend I've seen in the fandom where other creators have tried to smooth out his rough edges and masculinity to sanitise his behaviour and turn him into a soft, helpless, partner for V to protect.

But Kerry is an egotistic, chaotic, and deeply insecure rockerboy who processes his feelings by either isolating himself, blowing shit up, taking drugs, or drinking until he can't feel his face. That’s one of the reasons why he’s my favourite character.
