just got served up an ad for some drama video app that featured a predatory lesbian ceo of a sex toy and lingerie company preying on an inexperienced girl who desperately needs a job and money to pay her sister's medical bills and convinces her to become her full-time sub while being extremely mean and condescending and I have never been more annoyed by tumblr's double standard for sexual content on posts vs ads and also never been more temped to download/buy a product depicted in a tumblr ad but I suspect it's got a predatory business model and/or the ad is deceptive so I will resist and just go back to AO3 instead
