So I'm just gonna list down my favorites for anyone who also wants to read them. I'm gonna break it down to different types of endings (happy/sad/bittersweet) bc some people would rather avoid sad endings. I'm also gonna list down unfinished/on progress fics that I like. I understand that Hancock was considered attractive before he turned ghoul but I think people don't realise that pre-ghoul Hancock was considered attractive in an POST-APOCALYPSE setting. He most likely had bad teeth, unbrushed hair, major eye bags, dirty skin, probably looked 10 years older than he was considering all the shit the people of the commonwealth go through, and he was still a addict before he turned ghoul so he probably stank of alcohol 24/7. This is one of the reasons I hate human/attractive Hancock mods. Pre-ghoul Hancock is handsome in the world of Fallout not ours. He would not look like a model or your favourite TikTok micro-celebrity. In our world he would probably be seen as unattractive even if the people of the commonwealth thought differently.

You should probably not think about how, while V was getting patched up by Viktor after the shootout at the junkyard, Takemura was in agony. His systems failing, the fail safes in his Arasaka software flinging pain through every inch of his implants, ensuring that a perceived traitor would pay for their crimes against the corporation… 

You should probably not dwell on him lying in Viktor’s surgical chair, teeth grinding against the pain, his back arching, whimpering quietly under his breath as the software betrayed him and set his every nerve aflame by overheating his hardware. He was probably fighting not to scream or moan because his entire life he has been taught that crying is weakness…

You should probably not consider how his tech-enhanced hands clenched on the armrests of the surgical chair, denting the metal as he rode through the excruciating experience, all with no one to hold his hand, no one to comfort him. He must have waited with profound stoicism for Viktor to finish fixing V, his heart thudding away desperately in his chest as he bled from half a dozen injuries inflicted by the assassins his former friends had sent to end him…

You should probably not imagine how he laid there, knowing that he had failed his master, knowing that he was all alone in the world except for one half-mad thief hallucinating next to him, not sure if this “V” would be a new ally, or just another deadly enemy…

You should probably not think about him panting, grateful for the pain meds Viktor slammed into his arm as an afterthought as he focused on saving V, his silver eyes sliding closed, unsure if he would ever be able to open them again…

Anyway, I can’t stop thinking about it, so guess I’m off to go write some hurt/comfort. ༼ಢ_ಢ༽

I like to imagine a corpo V stayed with goro initially after act 1 because he had to be going through some serious withdrawal symptoms when his cyberware got shut off and V luckily had jackie and mama Welles to take care of them when they got fired from arasaka and went through the withdrawals, but goro doesnt have anyone expect for V. (Also I like to imagine V takes goro to their mega building apartment and nibbles is constantly snuggling up with goro )
