Until sharks crawl on land, cut our limbs off, and leave us to die, I will continue to be far less afraid of them than humans.
Sharks are predators,
Humans are monsters.

Note to self: Don’t seek to be relevant, or liked, seek to be undeniable. Seek to be compassionate. Seek integrity. Seek humility. Seek Light.

Compassion hurts. When you feel connected to everything you also feel responsible for everything.

Three simple rules in life. 1. If you do not go after what you want, you’ll never have it. 2. If you do not ask, the answer will always be no. 3. If you do not step forward, you will always be in the same place.

FYI science isn’t unbiased You need to look at who’s funding the study You need to look at the methods You need to look at the type of statistical analysis You need to use logic Just because it’s “science” doesn’t mean it’s good science
And 9 times out of 10 the studies saying dairy/meat/eggs are good for you/the environment are funded by those that stand to make the most out of it.
One study I read kept saying that ‘dairy fat’ was good for you. They kept using the words ‘dairy fat’ and I was wondering what the fuck dairy fat was. Finally, snuck into some tiny sentence in the middle of the study, there it was. Saturated fat. They were talking about saturated fat. As in, the fat found in coconut oil that is in an even higher percentage than in animal products. It was so fucking sneaky, like the wording was making it sound like you could only find this particular fat in dairy.
Guess who funded that. Yeah.

There is nothing more dreadful than the habit of doubt. Doubt separates people. It is a poison that disintegrates friendships and breaks up pleasant relations. It is a thorn that irritates and hurts; it is a sword that kills.
