عن نُبيشة، الهذلي قال: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم: ‏ “‏ أَيَّامُ التَّشْرِيقِ أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ وذِكرٍ للهِ” صحيح مسلم حديث ١١٤١

Nubaisha al-Hudhali reported Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) as saying: “The days of Tashriq are the days of eating and drinking. And remembrance of Allah“ Sahih Muslim 1141 b In-book reference : Book 13, Hadith 184 USC-MSA web (English) reference : Book 6, Hadith 2540

وذكر الله عز وجل المأمور به في أيام التشريق أنواع متعددة:

منها: ذكر الله عز وجل عقب الصلوات المكتوبات بالتكبير في أدبارها وهو مشروع إلى آخر أيام التشريق عند جمهور العلماء وقد روي عن عمر وعلي وابن عباس وفيه حديث مرفوع في إسناده ضعف.

ومنها: ذكره بالتسمية والتكبير عند ذبح النسك فإن وقت ذبح الهدايا والأضاحي يمتد إلى آخر أيام التشريق عند جماعة من العلماء وهو قول الشافعي ورواية عن الإمام أحمد وفيه حديث مرفوع: “كل أيام منى ذبح” وفي إسناده مقال وأكثر الصحابة على أن الذبح يختص بيومين من أيام التشريق مع يوم النحر وهو المشهور عن أحمد وقول مالك وأبي حنيفة والأكثرين.

ومنها: ذكر الله عز وجل على الأكل والشرب فإن المشروع في الأكل والشرب أن يسمي الله في أوله ويحمده في آخره وفي الحديث عن النبي الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: “أن الله عز وجل يرضى عن العبد أن يأكل الأكلة فيحمده عليها ويشرب الشربة فيحمده عليها” وقد روي: أن من سمى على أول طعامه وحمد الله على آخره فقد أدى ثمنه ولم يسأل بعد عن شكره.

ومنها: ذكره بالتكبير عند رمي الجمار في أيام التشريق وهذا يختص به أهل الموسم.

ومنها: ذكر الله تعالى المطلق فإنه يستحب الإكثار منه في أيام التشريق وقد كان عمر يكبر بمنى في قبته فيسمعه الناس فيكبرون فترتج منى تكبيرا وقد قال الله تعالى: {فَإِذَا قَضَيْتُمْ مَنَاسِكَكُمْ فَاذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ كَذِكْرِكُمْ آبَاءَكُمْ أَوْ أَشَدَّ ذِكْراً} [البقرة: 200] إلى آخر الآية وقد استحب كثير من السلف كثرة الدعاء بهذا في أيام التشريق. لإكمال الشرح كتاب لطائف المعارف لابن رجب: هنا

وفي النهي عن صيام هذه الأيام والأمر بالأكل فيها والشرب سر حسن وهو لله تعالى لما علم ما يلاقي الوافدون إلى بيته من مشاق السفر وتعب الإحرام وجهاد النفوس على قضاء المناسك شرع لهم الإستراحة عقب ذلك بالإقامة بمنى يوم النحر وثلاثة أيام بعده وأمرهم بالأكل فيها من لحوم نسكهم فهم في ضيافة الله عز وجل فيها لطفا من الله بهم ورأفة ورحمة وشاركهم أيضا أهل الأمصار في ذلك لأن أهل الأمصار شاركوهم في حصول المغفرة والنصب لله، والإجتهاد في عشر ذي الحجة بالصوم والذكر والإجتهاد في العبادات وشاركوهم في حصول المغفرة وفي التقرب إلى الله تعالى بإراقة دماء الأضاحي فشاركوهم في أعيادهم واشترك الجميع في الراحة في أيام الأعياد بالأكل والشرب كما اشتركوا جميعا في أيام العشر في الإجتهاد في الطاعة والنصب وصار المسلمون كلهم في ضيافة الله عز وجل في هذه الأيام يأكلون من رزقه ويشكرونه على فضله. لابن رجب

The days of Tashriq are the 11th, 12th and 13th of Dhul-Hijjah . There are several verses and ahadith which speak of their virtue: 1 – Allah says (interpretation of the meaning): “And remember Allah during the appointed Days.” [al-Baqarah 2:203] These are the days of Tashriq. This was the view of Ibn ‘Umar and most of the scholars. 2 – The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said concerning the days of Tashriq: “They are days of eating, drinking and remembering Allah.” …

Dhikr during the days of Tashriq Dhikr (remembering Allah) is enjoined during the days of tashriq in several ways:

Remembering Allah immediately after the prescribed prayers by reciting Takbir. This is prescribed until the end of the days of Tashriq according to the majority of scholars.

Remembering Him by saying Bismillah and Allahu akbar when slaughtering the sacrificial animal. The time for slaughtering the hadiy and udhiyah lasts until the end of the days of Tashriq.

Remembering Allah when eating and drinking. It is prescribed when eating and drinking to say Bismillah at the beginning, and to praise Him (say Al-hamdu Lillah) at the end. According to the hadith narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): “Allah likes His slave when he eats something to praise Him for it, and when he drinks something to praise Him for it.” (Narrated by Muslim, 2734)

Remembering Him by saying Takbir when stoning the Jamarat on the days of Tashriq. This applies only to the pilgrims on Hajj. Remembering Allah in general. It is mustahabb to make a lot of dhikr during the days of Tashriq. ‘Umar used to recite Takbir in Mina in his tent, and when the people heard him they recited Takbir too and Mina echoed with the sound of their Takbir. Allah says (interpretation of the meaning): “So when you have accomplished your Manasik [rituals of Hajj], remember Allah as you remember your forefathers or with a far more remembrance. But of mankind there are some who say: Our Lord! Give us (Your Bounties) in this world!” and for such there will be no portion in the Hereafter.”“ And of them there are some who say: “Our Lord! Give us in this world that which is good and in the Hereafter that which is good, and save us from the torment of the Fire!”” [al-Baqarah 2:200-201] Many of the salaf regarded it as mustahabb to make a lot of du’a during the days of tashriq.
