+ a few lbs — mission: weight loss
fitness journey is never ending..
saturdays gym attire 🫶🏽
next month, I plan on wearing the same gym fits I wore at the beginning of my weightlifting journey in september.. excited to see what 6months has done for me
september 2021 to february 2022 - change doesn’t have to be drastic, but you see it.
Any tips for starting to get back in shape for motivation and how to stay on track? You look incredible btw
first thank you so much, it means a lot. Secondly, some tips for motivation:
- follow fitness pages on any social media platforms you may have, the more you see others doing it the more you’ll be inclined to try
- look at old photos of yourself when you were in shape, or when you liked the way you looked/felt
- gym attire* what you wear to the gym can definitely motivate you to get in there! Look good feel good
tips for staying on track:
- remember you’re doing it for you, no1 else. There’s no need to report to the world what you do or don’t do, you’re moving at your own pace
- take photos/videos of yourself. I keep myself accountable by taking photos/videos whenever I workout.
- use apps like NikeRunClub, if you’re a runner like me this app will help you stay on track + you get nice awards for achievements which can help!
-create a routine that works for you* whether it’s before work or after work, however many days a week. Find a routine and stick to it - but be kind to yourself, it’s ok to take time off when needed listen to your body
Sorry for the long response, but I hope this helps! I’m no expert but these things have worked for me. 🥳

3 miles a day will take my fupa away
