*A big reason why I'm making/finally posting on this blog is so I can yap about my ideas for writing and such

In my (old and broken) house right now during a crazy thunderstorm, and I really feel like it's helping me channel my inner Yuu.

There are faint, barely visible scars and dips on Sebek's ears.

If someone were to ask, he'd probably shout some story of an accident during training or a fight that he got into in his younger years over some perceived slight against Malleus.

None of this is true, and it's easy to tell when Sebek is lying, but Seven forbid they press him on it. All they'll be left with are ringing ears and a migraine.

Later that night though, Silver will, without meaning to, catch the half-fae staring down his reflection in the bathroom mirror, head tilted to watch his fingers run over those marks ad nauseam.

Silver will say nothing, he knows that Sebek isn't going to tell him the painful truth.

There's no need to worry though, so don't judge his choice to continue on to his dorm room.

The firm yet gentle scolding Sebek recieved as his ears were bandaged, a healing salve generously applied underneath, was enough to prevent any further actions like that in the future.

Still, Sebek will look at his ears from time to time, regret for worrying his parents and Lilia mixed with the fleeting wish that it had worked, settled in his mind like hot coals in a freshly doused fire.

He pinches the tips of his ears till they start to hurt, and sighs before heading to his dorm room. A little reminder to himself to truly put out the fire.

Yuu who isn't all that concerned about who's into them, but loves playing matchmaker for others.

Kinda like "Hello, Dolly!", from the little I remember about the musical.

Overblots should be more violent.

CW: Body horror, choking, drowning mentioned, mucus mentioned

Not for those being attacked, but the person overblotting.

Just imagine the burning pain of this viscous liquid pulsing through your body, just thin enough to keep your heart flowing.

And the longer you're in that form, the more blot is produced, and it flows out however it can.

Obsidian tears roll down your face, then your nose runs with it too.

Then it chokes you, filling your lungs like flem and mucus. You can hack and gag all you want, but the sensation of drowning permeates everything you feel.

However, it cannot kill you, and you're still able to speak and scream through the blot that spills from your mouth, to the horror of all that watch the lowest point in your life.

You'll be spitting up blot for weeks, months, maybe even sporadically throughout the years you have left.

A nagging, disgusting stain left for all to see, and maybe that's how they all perceive you now.

Silly idea time!

Yuu decides to apply for citizenship in Twisted Wonderland, but they don't remember their name from their world, and you at least need a last name when applying for citizenship.

They vent about the issue to the first years, who end up accidentally telling the second and third years.

Now its a race between the boys to see who can convince Yuu to take their last name.

Here's the first of the Diasomnia angst I have promised.

CW: discussion of death, war, blood, fear of death

Lilia Vanrouge is no stranger to death.

He watched countless humans and fae die, choking on blood, crying for their mothers who were praying for their safe return. He was even responsible for several of those deaths, and there is not a day that has passed that he doesn't feel the guilt nibbling where it used to tear into his mind.

He has seen many beasts pass away, their lives even more fleeting, and has mourned a few that were once his familiar.

Death is a constant in his long life, and the fae has grown accustomed to its presence.

Then along came Silver.

This tiny, helpless human babe, born to the family of those who led the side he fought against.

Despite himself, the fae took him in, knowing nothing of how to raise a baby, let alone a human. Still, he would try.

He grew to love that babe, and saw him as his son. Though Lilia was by no means a perfect father, he was loving and tried his best.

However, Silver grew quickly, too quick for Lilia's liking.

Humans are short lived beings, Lilia knows this, and yet it doesn't dull the fear that starts to fester in his heart.

He will not hold Silver back from life, even if it brings the boy closer to death, but the temptation is there.

Even now, as he lingers at his son's dorm room's doorway, watching his peaceful sleeping form, that fear (now intertwined with dread) slices through him.

His son will die before him, he will have to place that sweet babe back into a cradle again, and leave him behind.

Lilia Vanrouge is no stranger to death, but for once in his centuries-long existence, he wishes he was.

Imagine Yuu but they're an Umbran Witch (if you know who Bayonetta is, that's basically their skillset).

It would also be hilarious to see the NRC guys reaction to it.

Like, they're fighting an overblot and they watch as Yuu starts glowing purple. Everyone is freaking out, worried that they're now overblotting too, only to watch as Yuu throws a punch forward and a massive demon hand appears out of nowhere, nailing the blotted individual.

Jade shoved a random mushroom in his mouth and tripped like crazy when the Leech twins and Azul first arrived on land, terrifying Floyd and Azul but kickstarting Jade's obsession with mushrooms.

Free silly fic ideas:

•Jamil gets kinda adopted by an eccentric wealthy person and is named their heir, changing his status overnight and causing unforseen chaos

•Random company in Foothill/Mostro Lounge sets up a pop up bunny suit (actual suits with bunny accents ala Obey Me!) café outside of NRC somehow (maybe a sea bunny theme for Mostro Lounge)

•Ruggie takes up a babysitting job over spring break for a wealthy tabby cat and white cat beastmen couple, looking after their three little ones (white cat, tabby cat, and tuxedo cat beastmen respectively), little adventure ensues

•A leviathan/kraken/massive sea beast is spotted in the Coral Sea, and Azul gathers fellow students (with promise of compensation) to capitalize off of it

So, if we can gather anything from the two marriage/wedding themed events that have happened so far (Ghost Marriage and Trials of Rowmance), weddings (at least human ones) in Twisted Wonderland aren't much different from weddings irl.

There's still a lot up in the air about them though, like if the garter game is a thing.

If it isn't, just imagine the guys' reactions to being told about it (pulling from some personal experiences here)-

Yuu: Okay, so you guys do the bouquet toss at weddings, but what about the garter game?

Ace: Garter game?

Deuce: Uh, I haven't heard of anything like that.

Yuu: You know, when the groom gets blindfolded and goes under the bride's dress to pull off her leg garter with his teeth, then tosses it to the men at the party?

Ace: WHAT-

Deuce: .....

Yuu: My uncle did it at his wedding, and one of the friends of his wife grinded on her while he was pulling off the garter.

Ace & Deuce: ......

Yuu: Pretty sure she was drunk too.

Lowkey obsessed with the idea of there being a fan account on Magicam dedicated to Yuu/MC.

It's just so silly and cute, plus they deserve some appreciation for all of the bullshit they've been through, yeah?

(Even funnier if there's a fan CLUB for them)

Maybe Kalim always fundamentally understood that Jamil was never going to be his friend in the way he wanted him to be.

Maybe Kalim crying wasn't just from the betrayal. Maybe it was also because he realized that, at the end of the day, he has had no one who was ever truly his friend.

What a horrible wake up call, huh?
