hey. i just watched the new scream movie, and i have to admit it left me fucking scared of you. remind me not to piss you off or end up on your bad side. you good, though? seemed like you released a lot of anger in that final scene. @mclissabarrerc
Top three people you'd like to date.

my love is an open door.
Isaac Lahey in Insatiable (3x23)
I'm just saying. Isaac, we're not going to torture her. I meant scare her. We're not going to psychologically torture her either. Fine.
unless I've been brainwashed for the entirety of a five year relationship, yes – but also cute of you to assume I never tried it..
are you admitting that you have a vampire roleplay kink, or was it a one-time occurrence? go on, sooks, you can tell me.
god, don't even remind me. when you're over thirty, more of your peers are married and happy and all that gross shit. they have their lives figured out, do their chores like adults and don't order greasy chinese at 3am and eat it standing up watching a rerun of a baseball game you missed because you were taking your third nap of the day. being a grown up is so overrated and i refuse. let's just form a support group for people who don't wish to enter this adult rat race.
you took what i said and made it sound ten times more depressing. i was just mentioning scenarios that people could somewhat relate to, but there you go, reminding me just how truly sad it is. thanks for that, dyl. did you really stand up while eating take-out? the other night, i found myself eating in-n-out at 1 am while watching golden girls.. i'm up for a support group. let's call it the lost boys.
welcome to the club, my friend. as someone who has a song called “here’s to never growing up”, i’ve just kinda accepted that my life is my own. there’s really no point in trying to follow the crowd. they can be stuck in their mundane world, i’ll find joy in the one life i’ve got. as for the bedsheets drama, youtube. you’d be surprised how many people probably struggle with the same thing. who was the last person you dm’d, if you care to share? if not, tell me what annoys you most about instagram.
but okay, you can get away it because you've always had that "screw it all" attitude, and people don't necessarily expect you to fit into a norm. maybe that's the way to go, though. are you saying there's a tutorial video out there for people like me who struggle with the basic skill of putting on a bedsheet? i can almost feel my mum slapping me from across the atlantic ocean. i dm'd megan fox, so fingers crossed. everything about instagram annoys me in so many ways, but i also recognize the need to keep it updated to stay relevant.
i don't really follow anyone from school so i don't know what they're up to. however i'm sure they're posting way too many selfies thinking they're the greatest thing since sliced bread. everyone does things on their own timeline with marriage and kids; even then they might not be adulting well. i dread the fitted sheet.. why is it so difficult?
don't we all do that? who wants their dirty laundry exposed when you can present yourself as having it all together? it feels like we have to conform and fit into a predefined mold to be accepted and valued by society. i have zero idea.. i still struggle til this day.
Can absolutely confirmed that thats a rumour though i believed it to be true for the longest time. Is that actually my fantasy or is it secretly yours?
are we sure it's just a rumor, though? there's absolutely nothing wrong with a bit of roleplay, you know. it can actually enhance the experience when you put your acting skills to the test. don't knock it til you try it.

and here i thought you became the prom queen and all that jazz. maybe it was your music videos that gave off the impression that you aced high school. so, you were a victim of mean girls? well, at least you proved them wrong, right? a twenty-two-year-old mind stuck in a body that’s approaching forty.
Absolutely not. I was the girl they all made fun of. Did you not see the video to ‘you belong with me?’ you should know most of my music is autobiographical. How are you approaching forty? I need all skincare tips from you.
i did, but i'm also certain i watched it ages ago. how about we just pretend that i'm generally clueless? here's the story: it all happened back in the 80s wen my mum and dad decided to get freaky. next thing i know, i'm born. shouldn't you be the one giving me tips on looking like a twenty-one year old?
sharmanfms:
don’t you just hate seeing those people that you used to go to school with, that just seems to be adulting really well. i mean, you know, they’re married or they’ve got kids, while me, i’m still struggling to put my quilt back inside my bedsheets and spend my weekends sliding into DMs after drinking half a dozen bottles of old crafty hen. where did it all go wrong? i’ll just have to accept that i will never “grow up” to our society definition. @hillsfmsstarter
Whenever I see a girl I went to school with announce she is pregnant I just think ‘oh my god, the drama!’ And then I remember we are in our 30s and that they actually planned this with their husbands of four years. I don’t think I will ever grow up. I still refuse to believe I can’t party like I did at 23.
not to mention the engagement photos taken in front of an oak tree, where the mother-in-law comments, "it's about time." i'm far from "time". i don't even have a "ti".. j.m. barrie was onto something when he wrote peter pan. what even is the concept of growing up?
what's school? i was homeschooled for most of my life so i really didn't have interactions with people. outside of like cheerleading when i did it. i'm like you though i'm not married, don't have any kids, and i struggle at basic household shit. society definition is a crock anyway.
i attended the london academy of music and dramatic art. was that because your family was always on the road, or was it just convenient? which team did you cheer for then? ay you got that right. it's a struggle to answer basic questions such as; so…. i don't see a ring on your finger. no one special in your life? no kids? aw… i'm sorry. not to mention the tilted heads and sympathetic looks.
Listen, I know you don't trust me, and that's fair enough. But, these are your mates we're trying to save, here. The only way that we can do this is if we work together.
↳ The Originals 2x05 - Red Door
oh no they're not adulting well that's what they want people to think. i also don't look at those people and say "i want those things too!" because i know the timing isn't right. i rather have my struggles in life because that's how you really adult.
you reckon? is it possible that it's all a conspiracy, with people trying to make us believe they have picture-perfect marriages and insta-worthy children? maybe it's us who are actually living life according to social norms while everyone else is just pretending. damn instagram.

i don't know what it says about me, but most of the people i went to school with i don't talk to anymore, or the ones that i do are in the same boat as me. unmarried with no children at thirty. i don't think it's necessarily a bad thing that you aren't living up to society's standards of what adulting should look like. not everyone wants to be married and have children, and that's alright. some enjoy the freedom of sliding into DM's and drinking half a dozen bottles of old crafty hen. i say you keep doing you, daniel. please never change.
i guess it also helps that i attended a performing arts school, which led many of us to go in the same direction. yeah, it seems like being an unmarried woman in her thirties is becoming somewhat of a trend. don't get me wrong, i fully support female independence, so it's great to see all of you showing us men that you don't necessarily need us. digging your vibe there, al. i promise to keep pursuing the single life and embrace a semi-drunk state along the way. cheers!
——- Aww , baby , i know what you mean ! i’m still working through this all myself as not married anymore , having a divorce under my belt and no kids . it’s a lot -- but also , as long as i’m still enjoying life , it’s not too bad . sliding into those DMs ? damn , do you ever read those back and wish you said different after those old crafty ? wrong ? aww , anything i can do to make you feel like things went less wrong in your life ?
i believe you're the third person i've recently spoken to who either went through a divorce or got divorced. it's not exactly making the whole marriage thing appealing, is it? but hey, are you okay? that's what matters at the end of the day—being able to enjoy life on your own terms, you know? i have, and let me just be the first one to admit that i'm cringe as hell. tell me that being in my late thirties and still single, is perfectly normal?
mate, me personality is taking everything seriously, y'know it's how it works. shut up. yeah people learn pretty quickly to not wake me unless they wanna be kicked in the nuts. well, unless you bribe with a good cuppa, that i can accept being woken for. other than that, i need to be gently roused, like a tiny baby.
and here i thought you were all about some good old-fashioned teasing. do you need a little help loosening up? maybe i should open up my notes and jot all of this down, even though i have no idea if it will ever come in handy. protecting my balls, i guess?
