i just want everyone to know that finding a GF, DF wedding cake has been the single most stressful part of planning this wedding

even if you aren't getting married soon, start looking. after everyone who's said they could do it either fell through or didn't offer us a WEDDING cake cake, a friend of the family is doing it and we're buying her supplies and new pans

finally almost past the gluten-ing. activated charcoal really helps soak up the gluten, but it takes away everything in your digestive system, so i spent most of the day trying to eat enough to stop shaking.

Gluten Free Oreo Cake

For my birthday on Sunday, we’re going to be testing a Gluten Free Oreo Cake following this recipe:

With some tweaks, obviously. We’ll either use a Betty Crocker or King Arthur Gluten Free Cake Mix and Glutino’s knock off oreos.
