They have never been team players are working on it
A strong partnership starts things off…
THE MORE ERWIN RESISTED, the greater his amusement grew. How many times had they danced this dance before? He couldn’t even count it. He would try his hardest to fight as he always did, but in the end, the priest would fall apart and be a figment of who he was before if only for an hour or so. Nearing huffing with agitation as the other male pulled away from him, Levi followed after him just as Erwin had assumed he would. The other’s words had fire in them; the kind of fire he adored in those rather difficult meals. How long was this man willing to do battle with him before he fell like everyone else before him? “Oh, Erwin, Erwin…you’re the summoner, yes, but you don’t have the power to keep me under control. Your spirit is too weak.”
Hah, this man had tried to tame him once—tried to bend him to his will, but he had failed in that endeavor, only falling into the demon’s hands as he usually did. It was cute that the priest thought himself a wolf in this room, when the real wolf was standing right behind him with smirking maw and glowing eyes. “You’ll never be able to do much of anything at this rate, and eventually…like everyone else…” he lowered his voice, golden cat-like eyes glowing a brighter as if to emulate the very flames of hell, “…you’ll be mine.” Tail curling along his leg as if to tempt the man, he moved it away to wrap around the doorknob and slowly close the door with a faint click. This man was not going to escape him no matter how much he believed himself to be the real power here.
This man should have brushed up on some occult knowledge a bit more before he dared call someone like him. “You should be lucky that I’m so patient and willing to wait for you, my dear. It shows just how much I love you.”
His voice was everywhere. No matter where Erwin went, Levi would always be talking, teasing, taunting, tempting him to fall deeper and deeper. Sometimes it was a premonition of defeat that sought out his bones. Sometimes, however, something akin to anger would get hold of his thoughts. Anger for himself and the disappointment he’d felt for himself so many times already; anger for the way this demon would disregard everything for the thrill of selfish entertainment.
“Your spirit is too weak.”
Those words rung within his head like an echo. The click of the door as it fell shut dropping in between and announcing a situation in which Erwin was pretty much trapped. Not enough willpower, not enough strength or belief. Belief. He almost felt himself spitting that word now. What was belief when he couldn’t hold onto it in times like these? What was it worth when God couldn’t even save one of his devoted servants?
“Too weak,” he repeated and turned around with a sudden surge of anger. Hands found adorned wrists and grabbed them; slammed them against the solid wood of his door before a body pressed that of the demon right into it. “You talk a lot.”
Something had snapped in those seeminlgy endless moments of torture. This time he wouldn’t be overrun by that demon. Erwin would show him the side he’d subdued for such a long time. The side that didn’t belief.
His grip tightened; teeth gritted as he hissed. “You never take. You wait until your prey gives up and hands itself to you on a golden plate. What kind of demon are you, Levi?”
LIPS TWISTED INTO A LARGE large smirk; sadistic in nature almost as he felt that familiar tendril of desire flare within the other male. There were days were Erwin was extremely difficult to tempt no matter how much he purred and cooed in his ear, and then there were days like now, he knew deep down the man wanted to lose that sense of self-control and drown in that sea of lust he tried so hard to ignore. All the devout and holy were easy to tempt if you knew exactly where to poke and prod them. Erwin may have tried to be a stone wall, but he had cracks within it each time Levi tried to pull him further away from his love for God. How long would this man try to fight him before he truly become putty within his hands?
He was looking forward to that day when his soul was freely given. “Oh, Erwin, I’m always needy when it comes to you. Didn’t you already know this? After all, you know me rather intimiately, don’t you? That’s why…” he came to a stop, leaning forward as tongue poked past his lips as ran along the shell of the other’s ear, “I know you can’t ignore me forever. You’ll cave like you always do. Each and every time.” Levi felt the easiest way to break Erwin down until he gave into him was through sexual means, especially considering how much self-loathing the man would gain in that process.
After all, he was supposed to give his all to this religion, and yet, he was giving himself to a demon—the most wicked of all creatures no matter who anyone worshiped.
Over and over again. It would never stop; never would Erwin get a break from all these teases and taunts. Never would he go a day without Levi’s voice thick with temptation and hidden mockery for the way the priest responded. Sometimes he was convinced there was no use in denying it anyway with a demon so receptive to the slightest changes. Levi must’ve long known by now that Erwin felt differently than he admitted, but something inside him put up a remarkable fight as if to preserve some pitiable rest of pride.
Lips opened for an answer but a surprised inhale happened instead when a wet and warm tongue slid up his ear. Erwin could feel the demon’s hot breath fall against skin; no more... He jerked away and stood up to walk off into his bedroom. A clear sign that what Levi was doing had effects on him. He didn’t care; didn’t want to care. All there was deeply manifested as a wish was to be granted some peace.
Knowing Levi would be inevitably follow him like a shadow, Erwin spoke: “I’m not your puppet. Remember who called you into this world and thus granted entry. Without me you’d probably be rotting somewhere in hell.”
A side of Erwin that only surfaced when he found himself losing a battle he’d fought with gritted teeth and fierce willpower. What else was there to do than keep the demon in a talkative mood? Erwin was aware this would eventually end in his defeat. He’d cave in and feel Levi’s warm tongue slide down his twitching skin...
He shook his head softly.
LEVI WAS IMMENSELY AMUSED, knowing full well that Erwin was ignoring him with as much intensity as he was able to muster. It was cute really, if cute could ever be used for such a stoic and devout priest like Erwin Smith. Levi was in one of those moods today—the kind where he wanted absolute attention and he was going to get it one way or another. “Erwinnn…” he cooed, trailing around the man and allowing tail to casually glide along priestly garb, warm golden tip sliding along the man’s jawline and under chin as he walked. “Aren’t you bored with this? Don’t you want to do something a lot more fun? You haven’t given me as much attention recently, and I have to say, it makes a demon feel unwanted.” Ah, but he was well aware how much this man desired him. He could see into the deepest pits of his soul, so it wasn’t hard to take notice of that single fact.
Erwin just liked to pretend as if he didn’t have such corruptible thoughts, but Levi knew him. You couldn’t hide your desires from a demon.
A tingle went down Erwin’s spine when he felt Levi’s tail on his skin. So smooth and gentle despite the nature of his unlikely room mate; so tempting to be touched and smothered with kisses and bites...
Erwin bit the insides of his cheeks to get a grip of himself. Nails dug into the black fabric of his rope. Why did his determination deminish with every word that demon said? Why couldn’t he simply ignore the smooth voice calling out his name like a song of lust and greed? The answer for that lay somewhere deeply hidden inside of him; not hidden at all upon further consideration.
It is because you desire his warm flesh underneath yours. You want to rule over what’s not supposed to be yours.
Erwin took a deep breath; did so as silently as he could so Levi wouldn’t hear and notice his struggling. Weeks they had danced this dance already; taken turns with leading. The priest’s turns had never been as long as Levi’s. He closed his eyes.
“You seem a lot more needy than usual.” Calm voice.
Wary at first his glance had been. Over a figure tempting and dangerous all the same. Erwin never dared looking at the demon for longer than absolutely necessary but in this moment, in this very moment, he couldn’t find himself to turn his eyes away.
He’d went down on his knees to utter his usual evening prayers. Of course Levi had taken the chance to prance around him like a cat. Slowly sneak upon the priest’s cowering figure with intent and malice. He knew about the sinister plans that formed in that being’s mind.
Slowly clothing evaporated and revealed fair skin adorned by golden ornamentation in elegant curves and bows. They accentuated the most sensual spots on his body and lead Erwin’s gaze further down his body.
He mustn’t give in. He thought.

Continued from [x]
Erwin felt it. A moment of stiffness going through limbs as he held Levi’s head in a gentle but certain grip. He was surprised; of course he was. When would Erwin rush into his office like that and steal a kiss without even properly announcing himself? Rarely to never, since his principle of keeping it subtle during work was one of the strongest.
Thoughts, however, invaded faster than he could calculate. In less than a few moments they had him int their relentless grip and demanded alleviation. Without any thought he’d gotten up (almost tossed over his ink, too) and went for what couldn’t be ignored.
Levi straight out melted into the kiss after the first shock. Erwin could feel his lips soft and yearning against his own; warm and comforting. How long had it been since he felt so... home?
A while. His mind whispered in awe.
After a last firm press into Levi’s lips he broke the kiss and looked at him; sunk into the grey eyes he loved so very much.
“Forgive me for assaulting you like that,” a breathy laugh.
