now that i talked about this the truth is ive always had problems with intrusive thoughts, theyre bad, really bad, and trust me in this that i can separate my really bad dreamworld from my reality but the only way i can get rid of them is by straight up making a clear image of them in my head

because the way i dodge those thoughts is by imagining them behind a blurry glass, i know its there but i cant get a clear image, but somehow makes it worse so i just resigned myself to getting the whole picture

which is why i hate when i start liking something or someone so much i cant get it out of my head, they or it always appear at my intrusive thoughts

is like scratching a wound, you know its bad and you will regret it once you do it so you hope the itch will go away if you dont focus in it but it's all you can feel so you just go for it and the itch is gone but now you cry in pain because you opened up your wound
