SO I’M THINKING OF MAKING AN OC !!!!

but like, here’s the deal: she’s a part of 2-c at ua & is really happy & bubbly but a lil bit awkward. her quirk is that she can manipulate the inside of a person’s body (kinda like bloodbending from avatar) like slowing down their pulse etc etc. but ofc, there’s a limit to this ability (such as range, the amount of people she’s using her quirk on, their height & weight). also considering making her an anti hero / vigilante or even a villain ,,,,

yay or nay ??
