"Hmph, whatever. Everyone else calls me cute anyways." She scrunched her nose as her hair was ruffled, waiting until he was done to shake her head a bit. Her hair fell back into place and she side eyed him, her lips curving down more.
"What?" he asked once he noticed the frown on her lips and tilted his head to the side, his eyebrows creasing in confusion. "Are ya' sulkin' cause I ain't calling ya' cute?"

I take most people don't know the person behind this blog/character, taken in my friend asked me who I am... (love, you don't remember the old man? my heart is bleeding)
Ironically, I seriously don't care, even if this labels me a really shitty rper who's never here; and since I haven't really talked to anyone else aside the people who already know of my new account, I won't miss any of you. And well it saves me trouble. So, instead of torturing myself of going around and re-following some people, i will just say:
I'm moving to a new blog; there are two ways to find me. 1 — ask about the new blog, since I will be logging in here from time to time; 2 — let's play hide and seek and you're it (or: you're the person searching and I will hide). The rest have a good life. Aye, I am out.
That's all and have a good day. After monday I can be found on the other account, and till then I am extending my unlimited lurking mode with a few more days.
She frowned playfully, jutting her lower lip out slightly. “I am cute sometimes, thank you very much. You’re just blind.” She then huffed softly and looked off in another direction.
"Nah, my eyes are good for my age. I won't really call ya' cute." the male smirked and reached with his hand to ruffle again the female's hair. "Yah, dun sulk now, hm?"
"That’s why I always say I ain’t a monster. How can someone so cute be called something like that?" She grinned and tightened her arms a bit. "So that’s why I think you should come up with another name now, cause ‘monster’ isn’t the right fit for me." She closes her eyes as he bumps his head with hers, chuckling softly.
He rolled his eyes and pulled his head away from hers, scowling lightly before releasing a deep sight. "Who lied to ya'?" he asked, playfully and snorted at that, "Ya' ain't cute, milady." his head turned to look her way, and his lips quickly changed their position, twisting into a smirk.
"No it wouldn’t, cuddle monsters are the best type of monsters you know. Those are the ones you should be keeping in your life. And here you are sayin’ you want to get rid of me." Frowning playfully, she rested her chin on his shoulder. "Mean." She then cracked into a wide smile, lightly bumping her head against his.
"There is no being called a 'monster' that is worth keepin' in yer life. That's why they're called monsters. If it's worth keepin', then ya'll find it another name. And it's the truth, woman." he responded, closing one of his eyes as his head got bumped and mirroring the action after mere seconds, making sure he won't hurt the female.
"Mmmm I may be to others. But seems like you’ve gotten used to it so you have no choice but to bear with me. Which means you must give me cuddles right this instant or I’m gonna leave. And don’t you dare tell me to or I’m never talking to you again." She narrowed her eyes a bit as her hair got ruffled. "Hey hey hey, I’m the one who ruffles your hair." She said as she proceeded to tousle his red hair.
The male let yet another deep sigh and bended his head low. "Won't it be nice gettin' rid of the cuddle monster, hm?" he murmured and shook his head. Sad reality was that he had gotten too used to the female's presence to let her go just like that, and for one he knew she would keep to her word of never speaking to him again. He scrunched his nose and shook his head in futile way to fix his tousled hair; his hands moving to rest over the females. "At least I know an easy way to get rid of ya' for good."

“Something next to normal would be okay.”
Hyoyeon stared at the male for a while, finally breaking it with just a blink. It was only once in a while the two got to spend time together, and she had forgotten how sassy he could be at times. One would assume she had gotten used to it by now, but it still managed to catch her off guard. Puffing out her cheeks, she hummed quietly as she thought. But without thinking much she simply walked behind him and circled her arms and legs around his torso. Resting her chin on top of his head, she let a wide grin spread across her lips. “You, sir, have not given me cuddles in a very long time. And that’s very normal so I think you wouldn’t mind, yes? I think it’s the least you can do for meeting me after such a long time.” Though she couldn’t see his face, she knew very well he had rolled his eyes and scoffed at her words. But she didn’t care, she was at least used to that reaction. “Come on, you can’t escape it this time. Just accept your fate.”
"Woman, ya're unbearable sometimes, ya' know?" The male half grumbled in response to the other's greeting, even if he did nothing against prying her off of himself. How long has it been since they knew each other? Did a year pass already, or was it more? It didn't really matter, the fact was that he had gotten used to her doing this, even with both of their absences here and there and the rare meetings that sometimes took months between each other. "And can't be helped that both of us are busy, milady, ya're well aware." His response was delivered just when his hand was outstretching back so he would be able to reach the female's head and ruffle at her hair.
To her, it felt unnatural to call the male by this newly given name— she would have to ask for his mobile number as well. That way it would become easier to her to remember his name. Daehan, she thought to herself as her drink was put on the table— while paying she gave a small tip to the waiter a habit that hadn’t died from her time in the states. A few short seconds passed before her attention was once again on the male.
Hearing his explanation to his disappearance made her eyes grow wide, “Really?” she trusted him and his explanation— the serious expression didn’t make her belief wither. “— Is your real name Daehan or?” for all she knew he could be using another alias and if it was something he had to do then she’d understand it. She took a sip of her drink while waiting for the male to reply, it had been too long since she had tasted alcohol.
He gave a nod at her question, confirming that, yes his 'real' name was Daehan. At least, now it was. "Eun Daehan, my name." Names were never something he had a problem with lying about, because he didn't have a name he was... created with. Or born, he really had no idea. So, names were never important to him. Never of the matter.
"It was temporary, but I had to lay low. I'm sorry I lied." His lips managed to crack into an apologetic smile, and even if those were not of his most used expression, he managed to pull it off, hoping that the female would take it. He was not really sorry, though. Having to lie one time after the other, in the end suffocated and eliminated the feeling of guilt he felt along with doing that. But people usually took up easier the information when he apologized along with it.

When she noticed the male was looking, she only hoped she had covered up the wounds that were slowly healing properly. Sometimes when she smiled or moved her head the wounds hurt, but it didn’t stop her from doing so at all. It was a warning but she was never one to step down just because her physical condition wasn’t to notch. Seeing the male again though, he still had his flaming red hair from the last time she saw him. It had been so many months now, seeing him again made her feel a little reassured.
With widened eyes she looked at him, Jieun had told her that she shouldn’t call him Gikwang the next time she sees him but to hear him introduce himself with another name. It felt a little surrealistic to her. “Daehan?” he repeated her name, it left an unusual feeling but she figured she would probably get used to it in time. Maybe he had aliases as well— like herself but he knew her real name while she was unaware of his. “Yejin is my name.” she replied to him and closed her eyes as her lips curved into a slight smile, everyone had their secrets after all even her and she had come to accept that.
"It's nice meeting you, Yejin." he returned the gesture she made, even if his smile was a lot dimmer; barely visible, compared to hers. He looked down, reaching with a hand towards his glass and drumming his fingers against the transparent surface. This surely was something he doubted he would ever get used to, though he hoped that he won't ever face such a situation again. One of the things about different identities was to never meet with the people you knew before. This was a first that he was breaking the main rule.
He peeked up at her, and he shrugged, bringing the glass to take a gulp. Well, being direct was the best way around it, wasn't it? He wasn't exactly a go-around person that much too. "It was witness protection program..." he said, looking at her and acquiring the most serious expression that he could. "... me being Gikwang and doing what i did."
As she had waited for the male to reply, she noticed the little changes from the last time she had seen him. How many months had it been now? She had lost count— seeing him healthy and alive made her feel slightly at ease though. A smile curved her lips as he replied to her, the slight sound of laughter slipped past her lips as she sat down from across him.
About to open her mouth to greet him properly, she found herself remembering the fact that Jieun had told her not to call him Gikwang. Instead she let out a soft sigh, her eyes curving into an eye smile, “Waiting for someone? What a shame—” a waiter walked around and she quickly ordered herself a drink, “I’d like a Key Lime and Coconut Caipirinha?” Ailee turned her attention towards the male again, smiling softly at him. “Hello there.”
Xeno was following her movements closely, watching her and searching with his eyes the scar she had mentioned in the e-mails. Though it was not meant to stare, but just to figure out how bad the situation was. He didn't comment on it, though. Not wanting to bother her, even if he was sure she would play a strong female. She has always done that, even in IX, even when he found her nearly crumbling in the hallways from sickness.
As the waiter came, he subtly waited until she gave her other, then turned to her and arched one of the corners of his lips. "Hello to you too," he started, extending his hand to her, his head giving a light nod as he did so. "My name is Daehan, how'bout yours, pretty miss?" What he had prepared wasn't exactly a lie. There were some parts that were truth, and some that came to be truth, taken in it was part of his background now. He just hoped there was not anything he missed, because the last time he lived under similar background was really long ago.
