I'll explain some of his abilities. Most of them are connected to threads, needles, and scissors.
Instead of bones, he attacks with multicolored needles. Instead of telekinesis, he uses threads of different colors. I’ll show the Gaster Blasters later, but they are more stitched together, have button eyes, and their beams constantly change to random colors.
Instead of teleportation, he uses portals that he opens with his scissors.
One of his abilities is sewing. He can cut and stitch code itself. He can create voodoo dolls or life-sized dolls of all the key Undertale characters, though they move like marionettes.
His soul is stitched together from different fragments. Because of this, it cannot be grabbed, restrained, or captured through soul-based abilities. The only way to hold or restrain him is physically. He is also strong in close combat.
His scissors never split into two separate blades; they always remain assembled. He swings them, cuts with them, and can even control them while they are flying through the air.
His mental state is not the best, but he has excellent control over his emotions.
He can cut and stitch almost any code, which is why he is both a dangerous threat to AUs and a powerful ally. He can also repair and mend clothing.
His most powerful ability is called Threads of Fate. When he truly wants to end a conflict, he can pull the threads from an enemy and cut their fate—or their life itself. He uses this ability very rarely.
He does not want to destroy anyone, but if he decides it is necessary, he is capable of destroying anyone.
He dislikes putting others in danger and can become aggressive toward those who drag other people into dangerous games or situations.
