“Does this mean I can’t work at the salon with my friends anymore?”

Lumina inquires her mother as the royal tailor took her measurements while making adjustments to her royal attire. While she was delighted to be living in the castle with her parents it still felt odd to be introduced to all these royal duties she was required to do. With her schedule seemingly booked to capacity, she was afraid that her royal duties would interfere with her job at the salon. Because she had come to love working there with her new friends along with giving some mermaids new hairstyles to flaunt while they were out shopping.

“I’m sure we can find a way for you to work at the salon every once in awhile.” Lorelei said gently touching her daughter’s cheek, it was such a blessing to have her little girl back, even if she wasn’t a little girl anymore.

“But no, you wouldn’t be able to work at the salon full time, you’re a princess and that’s just as much of a job as working at the salon.”
