Um, it's totally prom season, people! Which means it's, like, time to get serious. I've been day dreaming about planning a high school prom since I was in diapers, and none of you will ruin this for me! I don't care if one of you, like, DIES ON THE DANCE FLOOR my prom is going to be totally excellent!
My name is Shelby Dunnstock (no relation!) and I'm totally the president of Westerburg's Prom Planning Committee! That's the WPPC for short.

This OC is based off a throwaway character in Paramount Heathers so Dylen Lutz has a buddy. But I've 80's-fied her and made her very prom focused as a stupid joke.
She can be put into any timeline, musical or movie, and will interact with any blog! 🩷

• she is currently peaking in high school, you guys are watching her peak in high school.
• she is on the cheer squad!
• she aspires to be friends with Heather McNamara
• she was the one who started calling Martha "Dumptruck" so their last names would no longer be affiliated

You know, I, like, constantly get told that I look, like, just like Heather Locklear (probably the prettiest girl named Heather out there!).
And, like, I think it's probably because I do my hair totally hot.
I use hot rollers and then set it with hairspray and sugar water, and then, like, totally flip it out! The sugar water is vital for keeping my hair so, like, big, but, like, it totally makes bees chase me (ew!).
Shelby if you would dye your hair again what color would it be??
I, like, re-bleach it all the time. So, like, blonde, I guess. And if I have to change my hair color... I guess, I would, like, totally go even blonder! Like, platinum!
I know this is quite late but I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas/holiday!! ;] I didn’t ask for much since I already have alot of stuff already haha!!
I’m not even joking though I have like staaacks of charcoal chalk etc.. I should probably re organize my room too it’s been a mess since it’s also sort of my art studio as well..
I’m also debating if I should go to prom.. maybe. We will see, only time will tell.
