I am going to break Caesar's legs. I am going to leave him sobbing in the sand begging for relief. I am going to hunt him like an animal and never let him know peace until every shred of everything he made is ashes ground into the dirt.

Solution! Taped on a Cosmic knife instead. Much better now.
Watched him tag a Legionnaire through the eye, already growing up so fast.
Log #17
He seems to understand that it's supposed to be used for close combat now, but not how. There seem to be some complexities with angles and the thrust he can produce that hinder the amount of force he can apply.
Meaning: He can't overcome most armors.
That's fine.

Ok, new project: Teaching E-DE to stab. His current protocols have no acknowledgement for melee weapons. Understandable, they didn't build him with one. I don't have the cables here to be able to poke around in there, so we'll see if I can encourage some machine learning, or if it's roadtrip time.
I don't want to go on this roadtrip again.
knife eyebot! that sounds really funny. i approve.
-A.C
I, for one, think E-DE should be allowed to stab.
Look how happy he is. So proud of his knife.
Log #15
Okay okay okay but. Consider: I strap a knife to E-DE. And now he has a bayonet. I just need to find a decent sized knife.

Saw a, for lack of better term, flying saucer today. And three weird little dudes who looked like they really shouldn't be able to stand on their own.
I wish we still had some big-wig science institutes still. I bet they'd have been interested. Instead I buried them in some shallow graves and hope that "War of the Worlds" was right when bacteria clear off angry invaders.
The curiosity is starting to eat at me. I wonder if anyone's got a handful of Star caps and a will to see whatever is behind locked doors in the Sunset HQ.
I just need... ah, yeah, eleven more. Annoyingly close.

Bodies handed off for delivery. Stupid. Took an annoyingly long time.
Considered sending a six of diamonds with them, but I remembered I don't carry cards. Maybe spades would be more poetic? I don't know, I don't write.
Home now.
Lily's doing just fine. That's good.
Another Legion batch dispatched. Was headed up to Jacobstown to see how Lily was going but noOo gotta make a detour to smash some skulls in because they still can't take a hint.
I'll grab the bodies for express shipping in a bit when I get back. I am not carrying full grown men all the way up the mountain and back just for a day trip.
Big fan of Sandra. How did you manage that, though? Even my dad can't kill a deathclaw, and he's the strongest person I know.
-A.C
The greatest equalizer of all: Hammer directly to the kneecaps.
It's very hard for your enemies to attack when you've broken almost every bone in their legs. After that it's just a matter of making sure to stay behind them, they can still claw in front of themselves.
I'm still working on cleaning up the most of the Mojave population, but I have finally figured out a way to prepare their meat that isn't too tough or gamey. Don't want any bits to go to waste if I can help it.

Decided to get a bit silly with my decorating.
Meet Sandra, my lovely receptionist.
She just got her nails done, and is quite fond of them.

Had some free time, so I decided to go poking around some of the caves near Searchlight. There were some of the BIGGEST mole rats I have ever seen! How do they get so big? Is it the radiation? Food sources? Do they eat the broc flowers? I wish I still had some to watch they were weird.
I would've taken one back to the Strip but they were very ungainly and I realized Julie might not be thrilled if I just brought her a bludgeoned corpse of a mole rat, no matter how interesting the size.

Went and took the pictures today. I'm quite pleased with them actually. Got nice angles and everything.
I think Dinky continues to be my favorite sign so far. It's really hard to beat "big dinosaur". However, the REPCONN rocket ship is a close second.
Hmm. Maybe I just like statues.
Log #10
Okay, fine. Instead I actually forced myself to walk around the Strip and Freeside like a normal person and look at everything.
It was... I guess nice is the word. I did get to meet this weird photographer/sign-maker guy who was nice. Or the girl running the Vault hotel. There's more things to see than I thought.
How long have I been here and not done that? I can't remember. Is that bad? Maybe. I gotta go take some photos for the sign-maker. Maybe I'll ask Lev to go with me. If I see him.
Log #9
Saw Lev today. The Crimson Caravan is doing just fine still, that's good. I should ask where he's going next, maybe we can do something in town while he's around.
I don't know what he'd like. I... haven't spent much time in town.
Maybe I'll go look for that counterfeiting ring I heard about instead. That sounds exciting.
