My god the OBSESSION is what I love in books.

Vanessa is just sitting there, girl probably hasn’t smiled in years, and Volaire is just being his stupid ass self. And then she cracks. Even the smallest smile that she tries to suppress makes her eyes crinkle and boy does Volaire have every wrinkle in her face memorised after that.
