Gliss flew over. "I do!" she said in a singsong voice. "Wait. What are cookies?"

Gliss had been watching the Clumsy for a couple minutes. She didn’t know what they were doing, and she really wanted to know. It looked interesting. She finally worked up the courage and flew up. “Fly with you,” she greeted. “I’m Gliss!”

Gliss gasped. “Zarina? Goodness, I’ve heard so much about you!” She lowered her voice, even though there wasn’t anyone around to hear. “Is it true you were the Captain of a pirate ship? That is so cool!” she said, voice rising back to its normal volume as her excitement grew.

"Oh. My. Gosh. What is it?" Gliss asked, excited.

Jack carefully lowered the balloon for the fairy to see. “It’s called a balloon. It’s a plastic orb full of helium that can fly away if I let go. The air inside also is supposed to change your voice, but I am not too sure about that.”

Gliss started flitting around the... Balloon. "So it can, like, fly? Without pixie dust?" she asked, finding it hard to believe. She didn't know what some of the other stuff the Clumsy had mentioned was, but she remembered Spike complaining about how she always asked too many questions and held back.

Gliss smiled up at Anna. “You know Tink? That’s amazing! I’m Gliss, a frost fairy. I’m friends with Peri, do you know her? She’s Tink’s sister.”
