Today I'm making the effort to not only unwind for my personal day. In which I take one day every week just for myself to do whatever it is that I want to do for that day. These last few days have been challenging to stay focused on your present goals, to keep your mind from wandering, to be proactively moving towards balancing your best self, becoming better than you were yesterday, conquering your mindset, changing the old paradigm, It's said to be one of the hardest things one of the tasks you accomplish in this very interesting time. I'm finding that the triggers that I thought I dealt with, the not so good experiences I thought I was over, they're starting to show up and facing them at this moment is empowering and also one of the hardest things that I've encountered but at the end of the day God knows best, I'm here, I'm strong enough, im willing, I'm disciplined.
