We are kicking off our daily focus quotes .. Monday is  #mindday  You must learn to #beyourself There are billions of us because we our uniqueness and genuine personalities are more necessary than you realise. Everything from the way i do counselling, how i price my services and how i market my business. All the "proven methods" never sat well with me... No matter how much they tried to jump up and down and tell me its not spammy... It really was. I dont need to push for a sale.. its not just about the numbers for me.. its about helping people in real need of healing and growth, achieve their highest potential and purpose. Most of the people in this community (and yes many of the community are still working their way over here from facebook) started out as either my work partners, reading clients, people that loved my yoga videos OR people that have tried to sell me on their businesses in the past and needed someone to talk to about the problems they were going through with their business. Ive had many a person break down on me "i just need one sale to get my confidence, this business needs to work, i just cant get a break." I never meant to become their counsel and therapist, but it happened because i am pulled to help everyone and anyone.. any and every where it is needed. I have knowledge and experience in many areas..  spiritual, emotional, psychological, environment, financial and social wellness.. What ever you are struggling with or need help in, i am here for you.

These last few days have been challenging to stay focused on your present goals, to keep your mind from wandering, to be proactively moving towards balancing your best self, becoming better than you were yesterday, conquering your mindset, changing the old paradigm, It's said to be one of the hardest things one of the tasks you accomplish in this very interesting time. I'm finding that the triggers that I thought I dealt with, the not so good experiences I thought I was over, they're starting to show up and facing them at this moment is empowering and also one of the hardest things that I've encountered but at the end of the day God knows best, I'm here, I'm strong enough, im willing, I'm disciplined.
