"Sure I'll fix it now! What, you think I can't?" She asked fiestily. "Because I can! I can also paralyse you."
Before he could argue, she walked up to him and turned him around, so that his back was to her. She whipped off his coat so she could get a better look at his back and shoulder, and gently ran her hand over his shoulderblade and muscle. "You won't feel a thing. I'm a professional." She pinpointed the correct bone, and muttered, "Episky!" There was a quiet snap, and she turned him back around. "There. How's that feel for you, Mr. Holmes?"
Sherlock felt the pain flood from his shoulder, leaving it feeling as if nothing had ever happened to it. He turner around and looked at her warily.
"How did you do that?"
Get Interpol if you don’t want him hurt, Mr. Holmes. You will find killing me won’t be as easy as it was the first time.
As a man who worked for you once might say, I talked to you and then you "killed" yourself. This time I'll do the work myself. I'm quite capable of stooping down to your level; I'm not above torture.
Moran's in Paris and he has people watching him. Contact with you would put him at risk; you don't want that, now do you?
While I would love to hear them I must get to my point; Moran.
Your live-in, Mr. Watson, is currently in my possession. I will break him if you do not release my tiger within the next hour.
Your "Tiger" has been out of sight and out of mind for quite a while. I passed him on to the interpol, I'm afraid I can't do that.
John isn't easily broken. I'll find you without trouble.
If you hurt him, I swear I will kill you without a second thought.
She smirked. "So do I. In my opinion, if someone's going to talk to me, it better be a bloody conversation. And the weather does not count."
She tilted her head slightly at his complaint. "Wait, you're in pain? Where? I can fix that right up!"
"The weather is insignificant to me unless it hinders my work," Sherlock said, wincing. "I dislocated my shoulder climbing a fence. A friend of mine fixed it, but it's rather sore."
He narrowed his eyes. "Fix it how?"
"Don't give false smiles or make small-talk if you can't stand it, Mr. Holmes," she said, outright. She was a person who spoke her mind. "And tea would be absolutely lovely. Thank you."
She followed him upstairs, and sat down on the sofa, emerald eyes locked on his pale ones.
"I absolutely abhor it," He said, smiling slightly. And genuinely.
He went off to the kitchen and put some water to boil, then returned to the living room.
"Now, do tell me why you're here. I'm bored and in pain, a case would be a life-saver right now."
No, no, I’m fine.
Actually, yes, ice. Good.
God, that hurts…
“Right.” Molly disappeared for a couple of minutes returning with an ice pack. “Here. Did you want anything else?”
Coffee. And possibly a human hand.
...Thank you.
Tsk tsk tsk, have you so little faith in me? Do you honestly believe you could have defeated me?
My little flies told me of your meddling, your fruitless attempts to break through what is unbreakable. My web remains strong, Sherlock, stronger than whatever little dance you’ve been doing on it.
My glory days are hardly through the first act and you’re already leaving the theatre, how rude. Looks like you don’t want to know how I survived, or do you already know?
We've been at a stalemate for too long for defeat to even be significant. It's more a matter of understanding.
I got Moran. He was your successor, though it seems you didn't need one. He tried to destroy me in ways almost worse than you did. And I survived.
I've speculated on the topic of your survival. I'd love to see if my theories are correct.
Lily shook her red curls back from her face and regarded the male in front of her with interest. Tall, slim, curly hair... and forced politeness. She extended her hand to him. "I'm Lily. Lily Evans." She said. "May I come in, Mr. Holmes? It's bloody freezing out here, you know!" She smiled lightheartedly at him.
Sherlock shook Lily's hand, smiling as warmly as he could muster.
"Of course, Miss Evans. This weather is disgusting," He said. Small talk. Of course.
"Come upstairs and we'll talk business. Would you like tea? Coffee?" He offered, leading her up the stairs. She was right; the cold was horrible, though he had only been outside for a short time.
She hadn't responded to his question about the case... Perhaps the topic was sensitive. He loved cases like that.
Molly ignored his comment and pushed with all her strength against the bone. “There you are then.” She took her hands away quickly and moved away. “Do you… the pain doesn't phase you or whatever, but do you want ice?"
No, no, I'm fine.
Actually, yes, ice. Good.
God, that hurts...
“Er, right.” Molly gingerly pushed down the shoulder of his jacket and softly pressed her hand to his shoulder, feeling for the bone. “Definitely out of place. Right, might want to hold onto something or….and I’ll pop it back in. Mind you this is going to hurt.” Molly stood behind him one hand gripping his upper arm and the other placed on the back of his shoulder. “Ready?”
Yes, go on. Pain doesn't phase me.
I see that your curtailed experience with medical school did off some, after all...
I’m rather attached to it myself. And right now I’m focusing on keeping it and myself in general as far away from you as possible.
Oh! Is that a sense of humor? Quite sexy, Sherlock.
Unfortunately for you, no matter where or how fast those cute little feet take you, the road you flee from will always be a string in my web.
I'm flattered.
Your web is disintegrating and you know it. I ripped it apart while "dead" and you're having trouble weaving it again.
The glory days are over for you, face it. Mine have just begun, and without you blocking my way.

Sherlock heard the doorbell ring. Mrs. Hudson must have had it repaired, he thought with a sigh. Well, at least a case would be a good way to pass the time. He stood up, wincing at the pain in his shoulder, and made his way downstairs to answer the door.
A young woman stood there. Her appearance intrigued Sherlock; her hair was like flames and her piercing green eyes seemed to be picking him apart with their gaze, a feeling he wasn't used to being on the receiving end of.
"Good afternoon, miss," he said, trying his best to be polite. This girl didn't seem like someone to get on the bad side of. "Do you have a case for me?"
My shoulder is killing me. I must restrain myself next time I’m climbing fences.
That’s rather unlikely, however.
Oh dear, Sherlock. I like that shoulder.
I'm rather attached to it myself. And right now I'm focusing on keeping it and myself in general as far away from you as possible.
My shoulder is killing me. I must restrain myself next time I’m climbing fences.
That’s rather unlikely, however.
“And why were you climbing fences? I-I can have a look if you like?”
Case, what else? I caught the man, but I suppose I wasn't very careful. I think I dislocated it... Well, John's not around and I'm not going to the hospital for it. Go ahead.
My shoulder is killing me. I must restrain myself next time I'm climbing fences.
That's rather unlikely, however.
