I KNOW that Nora said somewhere that Andrew is older but it makes more sense to me that Tilda just pulled two of the most popular boy names that start with A out of her hat and named them alphabetically by who came first.

andrew never questions it, expects it to be the bunny version of zoomies, but upon research he finds that its how bunnies show their affection and excitement on seeing the affected person. he used to nudge neil away, or simply walk off, but now he waits in place until neil has tired himself out, knowing its his way of subconsciously basically kissing him hello, he can't reject that when its such a harmless gesture. Obviously we know aftg is a violent story, but I don’t think I’ve ever truly noticed before now just how many choking scenes and reference to it we get in these books. Like almost in every book there’s at least one.

Jean gets choked im the nest by Riko (prob mwy more than once)

I was reading @kotabear--24's soulmate au, where Jeremy is tutored in French as a child and I found the scene where he was actually confronted by two very different accents really funny, good luck buddy

When Neil arrives, he takes one look at Jean's face and his expression drops the false amicable facade it had been wearing. "I thought this was the team of pacifists," he says in French that sounds different from what Jeremy's learned. "Wanna tell me what happened to you?" Jeremy opens the door wider, to invite him in, but Neil steps back, giving Jeremy a critical look. It feels like a warning, and Jeremy gets the feeling Neil thinks he might be responsible for Jean's injuries. Before he can defend himself, Jean speaks. "You could have come at a better time," Jean answers grimly, also speaking differently than both Jeremy or Neil, but clearly they can both understand him, because Neil shrugs.

I'm not sure if the author intended to give Neil a quebecois accent since he could have gotten any sort of accent while he was in france, but dammit I love the quebecois accent and we know Neil kissed a french canadian girl so I'm saying he spent time in quebec and picked one up. Or, more likely, he's very capable of code-switching between accents and just chooses the quebecois one to rile Jean up. Either way you can't take this from me.
