I do find it strange that people who AREN'T trans women are the people saying Jax doesn't make sense as a trans woman.

I know Goose said you can interpret how you like, but I can imagine that might be because she's tired of handling fandom bullshit. It's icky to me that people who are literally any other identity than trans women are trying to weigh in and say it's inaccurate - Goose wrote Jax (or Lily as she confirmed to be her transitioned name) based off her own experiences, it's kind of transphobic to dismiss that, she literally IS trans woman, I think she knows what she's talking about. Sometimes while playing Palia I can’t help but look at Reth like a pure lil ray of sad sunshine

then randomly remember he does work for a cartel and it’s very possible that under that all self loathing flirty sweetness he’s actually capable of being dangerous.

Like I understand he’s very low man in the cartel but in criminal organizations like that even low level guys are still dangerous. Maybe not outright “I’ll kill you without a second thought and enjoy it” kinda dangerous but I would still bet money Reth is capable of killing if it came down to it. Not that he’d ever WANT TO but I think he’s at least capable of doing so.

I mean he’s very aware how dangerous the people he works for are. I don’t have a doubt that if someone made a credible threat against Tish (or the player if the relationship is strong enough), that Reth wouldn’t be out for blood.

I still think Reth is as sweet, loving, protective, and self conscious as we all see him.. but I also feel he’s not as innocent and incapable as some think.
