Criminal Minds DR - I live in my dream apartment (it's so pretty😩😩) and I work alongside the rest of the BAU, solving crimes using my expertise in body language and lie detecting.

Twilight DR - this was initially a joke but now here I am, head of the newspaper club, best friends with Alice and in a hate-love relationship with Rosalie. Vampires... am I right.

Explain the method: left/right

one of my favorite methods to train your gratitude, and it is pretty easy too.

We all want to manifest our desires, but sometimes we forget to appreciate what we have. Let me tell you that appreciating what you have is one of the major tips to efficiently manifest what you want.

Sometimes it is not easy, maybe because of our background or surroundings, or even just because we are ignorant and don't see the good things.

Why is gratitude so important if I want something else? because if you are not grateful for your life now as it is, how can you be grateful when your desire comes true?

This method can be used to manifest multiple things or describe a perfect life that we want to manifest. I even use this method to thank and show gratitude to the universe (and as a witch, I use this method to show gratitude to the deities that helped me).

All you have to do for this method is grab your journal or piece of paper and divide it in two. Once you have done that, all you have to do is write on the left everything you are grateful for in your life, even the smallest thing. I once wrote that I was happy and grateful because I saw a small cat. Once you are done, write on the right side your desires as if they are "grateful".

For example (left/gratitude):

I love to walk. I'm grateful that I can see. I'm grateful for the experience and the help it gave me. I'm grateful I saw a little cat.

For example (right or desires):

I'm grateful that I have my desired body. I'm grateful that I always have positive ways of thinking. I'm grateful that I'm alive to see the world. I'm grateful that I live alone with my cats.

To be specific, those are your desires, and only you are the only one who can make them come true.

You can also use words like:

I love. I am happy. I appreciate. i find this thing lovely. I value. i honor. I am grateful for. I am thankful for.

Actual Legit Tips to Help You Shift to Your Desired Reality

Desired reality, or most people on the internet called it "DR", is a reality where you want to go/shift to. And the place can be anything you want like your favorite anime, movie, or just simply the reality where you can have fun and be free. Or it also can be the reality where you have everything you desire. Such as your desired body, hair, skin color, finance, significant other, life and the list goes on. Basically, your personal heaven.

But, in order to arrive in your desired reality and achieve the goal you want in that reality, you need to master the art of shifting. Shifting reality is easy. Specify which reality you want to go to, set your intention, visualize your desired reality, BOOM, welcome to your desired reality. Well, yes, it's easier said than done, but once you get the hang of it, it's really easy and you're gonna think "damn, this shit is easy. how did I keep failing back then?". For most people, it is hard for them to get the hang of it since they were not familiar with the idea of shifting, including me and probably you, the one who is reading this right now. This is why I made this post, giving you tips to get to your desired reality.

BELIEVE that you can do it. Believe in shifting is important in order to shift, but believing that YOU can shift, is the most important out of all the things that I'll mention after this. I suggest you to reprogram your mind to make it easier for you to believe that you can shift

Do some research about things that are related to shifting. Such as, Law Of Assumption, The Multiverse Theory, Quantum Jumping, and Theta/Void State. If you understand the thing that you want to do, as for right now it is shifting, it'll make you easier to do it correctly and get the result you want

Find a way to shift that is comfortable for you. If you want your shifting journey to be organized, write down a script of the things that you want to have and happen in your desired reality, use/make a shifting method, meditate afterwards, yada yada, do it. If you just want to shift raw, just think about what you want and set your intention, do it. Do anything that makes you comfortable. Because once you're comfortable, the chance for you to shift to your desired reality is higher

Meditate. It's not only making your chance to shift higher, but also really good for you in general. It can help you clear your mind so it's easier for you to set a clear intention and focused on the things you wanted

If throughout your day, your mind keep telling you that you can't shift or you can't reach your desired reality, THROW THOSE THOUGHTS AWAY and affirm to yourself that you can shift easily and you can shift no matter what because that's facts. You CAN shift

Visualization is not important since not everyone can visualize things, but it is recommend if you can visualize. Visualize yourself as your desired reality self doing things that you want to do in your desired reality, such as waking up in your desired reality, making out with your significant other, shooting monsters with a gun, cast a spell, etc. etc. and feel as if what you're visualizing is happening to you right now

Hiiiiiiiiiiiii. Ok let me introduce myself. my name is seri. I’m a master shifter and my main destinations are different points in history. I have no idea why history isn’t more popular in the shifting community. Like the things I’ve experienced first hand are amazing. I’m not going to list anymore cause there so many but I have experienced the beginning of the first humans millions of years ago to the making of the I phone. I am so honoured I get to experience these events and meet the people in the stories we learn. It’s crazy because to us it’s this amazing history we can only imagine but to them it’s just life. They no nothing else. They don’t know how truely incredible they are in our history. I can’t wait to experience more. Maybe one day I’ll even go into the future. Who knows.

Also something else I did was meet Van Gogh and take him to the dr future to the Van Gogh museum so he can see he wasn’t a failure. So he could see he made it. I took this idea after watching doctor who and it was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen. I still get chills. To see this man who died thinking he was nothing getting to see a the future where he is known as one of the greatest artists of all time. My favorite shifting experience ever

MY SHIFTING SUCCESS STORY!

my shifting ‘success story’ even though the first one was 2 years ago, and the second and third ones were 2/3 months ago, but anyways let’s start with the first one.

⊹ short backstory + journey (first time)

┊so, i think most of us had that “shifting/dracotok” phase on 2020-2021, that’s when i found out about shifting, so of course i wanted to try it, so i did. i didn’t succeed the first 2 times, but i didn’t let that stop me, i’ve always had the assumption that “failure doesn’t exist” so i think that kinda helped, but anyways, the third time i decided, i WANTED to go to my DR, and i was ready to leave everything behind and just shift once and for all, so i did! and it was the best experience ever, so heartwarming, so unreal.

┊ basically… i persisted, even though i didn’t even know what persisting was, i guess i did it. so don’t feel discouraged if you don’t succeed in the first try, you’ll get there, i mean i got there and i had zero expectations, and i was literally ‘hoping’ so yeah, in the end it’s just how much you persist.

┊at the time, i only knew about the law of attraction, so i thought i had to ‘attract’ being able to shift, but something changed that night, and i simply said to myself “i’ll shift tonight, there’s just no other way” and luckily i did.

┊so if you’re thinking of shifting, just do it.

i just used a meditation, and just let everything flow.

┊i used a meditation, closed my eyes, and began visualizing myself waking up in my DR, specifically my dorm in Hogwarts, let’s say for about 15 minutes? after that i started to perceive the smell of fresh cinnamon, which i had scripted i would smell once i was fully immersed, in my desired reality, that’s when things got exciting.

my eyes instantly opened, and there i was; in my dorm.

┊i couldn’t believe what i was seeing, i was there, in Hogwarts as in THE Hogwarts, i looked around, everything was the same exact way as in the movies, after a while… Hermione, came screaming to the top of her lungs “what are you doing in bed? we’re going to be late! hurry now.” that’s when everything hit me, it was real, i had made it. ⊹˙

┊the rest of the day, i spent it with Fred (my lover) sitting in the black lake talking about everything, about our plans once we left Hogwarts in the future, about how we wanted our life to be, maybe even create our own empire together, i don’t know… we’ll see.

- he has nickname for are the girls in the family

- so neytiri is my love, kiri is baby girl, I’m princess, and tuk is either baby or sweetheart

- I have he stressed out like sometimes I see something cool I’m like “wow :D” and I start walking towards it and while I’m talking the second step of walking away he picks me up and puts me back where I was

- when me and the other kids are messing around when we probably shouldn’t be gives us the look and we immediately stop

- he’s the kind of dad that if we’re loud and having fun he goes “STOP FIGHTING”

- when him and neytiri fight he connects their tsaheylu and I think that’s so cute

- on our way to the metkayina clan I was with him on his banshee and when it started storming that was actually so scary and he noticed and he laid my head on his shoulder and told me it was okay #dadjakesully for the win 💪🏼

- when we were having dinner our first night with the metkayina clan and he was eating the fruit his eyes went really wide and he went “wow :0”

- he really loved the food tho he got three bowls

- he snores so loud

- he does NOT let me hold a gun EVER

- and one time I asked “will I ever shoot it” and he said “absolutely not”

- when I was like 10 years old I was as in a wrestling competition and I won and jake yelled “SHE’S HER DADDY’S DAUGHTER”

- she said she always wanted kids so she could do their hair

- and yes she does do our hair :D

- hair with neytiri is one of two things, either 1. she is very loving with it or 2. it’s “WHY ARE YOU CRYING”

- she will not speak to jake when she’s mad at him

- when she says to be back by 8:00pm she means 8:00pm not 8:03pm

- when jake snores she goes “jake everyone can hear your snores”

- she gets baby fever a lot

- she was holding this lady’s baby from the metkayina clan and she went “I want another one ☹️” and jake immediately got flustered

- then me and the rest of the kids were messing around and she said “I take it back I don’t want more”

- she lovesss nature

- she does not mess around when her children are hurt

- she gets nervous when I hold something fragile

- when lo’ak takes his hair out of the braids she washes his hair because she doesn’t trust that he will do it well

- very responsible

- I trust him with literally everything

- he would go to war for sausage

- he has a habit it looking behind him and I’m assuming it’s to check on us

- I think him and this one girl at home tree had a thing going on before we left

- he is a very hydrated person

- that boy is FULL of dad jokes

- he falls asleep really fast poor dude is exhausted at the end of the day

- he collects flowers to give them to neytiri

- I think modern day neteyam would be the only friend with a license

- her habit is rolling her eyes HA

- she’s been going through it since we made it to the metkayina clan

- she misses her manz she just won’t admit it

- her hair is very soft and fluffy

- and she can knit very well

- he’s scared of butterflies

- then mister jake told him to watch his mouth

- dude is a carnivore he loves meat

- he just like disappears every once in a while and I’m assumed he’s swinging through the trees because he really liked doing that

- normally he falls asleep the last

- when I’m happy he goes “why are you so happy 🤨”

- knitting is not his specialty like krir tried teaching him and he just ended up getting himself tangled in it

- he’s the biggest baby when getting his hair done like screaming and everything

- I know I already said this but she would love bubblegum kpop so much like love bomb??? yeah that’s her song

- she sleeps in a little ball

- she loves being thrown in the air

- it’s so funny when she tells on lo’ak and spider it brings me so much joy and laughter

- she does not like the dark, mean people, and a vegetable called potikla

- she is sneaky about it she will pretend like she ate it but actually it’s in her other hand and she’s gonna hide it somewhere else when she’s done eating

- neytiri and jake cannot say no to her

- I call her tuktuk and she really likes it (then everyone else started calling her tuktuk I know I’m a genius 🧍🏻‍♀️)

- she said I’m her favorite because I don’t get her in trouble for not eating her potikla but I don’t eat it either she’s right it’s nasty but then we both get in trouble

Is shifting even real? I tried for over a year and a half and gave up because nothing ever happened.

Sometimes I ask that same question myself 🤷‍♀️ but even if i have moments of doubt, I do believe that it's real because I've had experiences with minishifting and I can tell you, as someone who lucid dreams, its not the same !! When I first minishifted I couldn't even tell I wasn't in my CR because it felt so real- I was just confused as to why I had blonde hair lol.

That being said, you don't have to take my word for it and I understand losing faith or getting frustrated after trying years witouth results (I'm very much in the same boat). And maybe if I hadn't minishifted and experienced shifting myself I would have stopped believing in it too because its hard to wrap your head around the concept if you don't have "proof".
