uuuughhhhh I feel real envy for the people who can actually talk to other people in real life about shifting. especially their parents. If my mom knew sheād put me back in a psych ward š

I'm so grateful for the way shifting has changed me. I realized I actually do deserve everything I've ever wanted and I won't settle for less. It's actually really weird how much this upsets people (anti shifters)
šHow void state helps you manifestš
The void represents the primordial state of existence, itās a space of pure consciousness beyond time and form. In yogic sense you can call this state as shunyata. shunyata is considered the source of all creation, where duality dissolves and there is only unity with the infinite. In this state, everything is interconnected, and all potential realities exist in a fluid, formless state, awaiting conscious intention to give them form. the void is a space where there's no attachment to identity, desire, or outcome.
When you access this state, you're stepping out of the illusion of separation (maya) and entering the field of pure awareness, where all possibilities exist. This non-attachment is key for effortless manifestation because you're no longer driven by ego or craving.
Instead, you're allowing the universe to work through you. In yogic practices, silence and stillness lead to samadhi (union with the divine), where the mind stops fluctuating, and you merge with universal consciousness.
The void functions similarly, as it's a place where you silence the chatter of the mind and connect to your higher self or Atman, allowing desires to flow through effortlessly without resistance. In the stillness of shunyata, you're connected to infinite source of all creation

If you choose to believe that everything ultimately ends in nothingness, that's your choice. I am my own infinite being; I am not defined by my body or physical form. This is merely a shell. My true self exists everywhere and anywhere simultaneously, and if I choose to manifest in different places, I will. I do.

It's all funny until you realize you are agreeing and identifying with the version of you that can't shift, c'mon do better š we are all shifting after 1 affirmation and especially after we rolled over, that's it.

i talked about this before as "triggering affirmations" i want to say couple things more
you know sometimes our minds talk back and acts b*tchy. you see your friend, mind says "she doesn't love you"; you see a motivational post, mind says "it's not for youu š"; you say "i will shift tonight" your mind says "naah you won't don't lie to yourself".
let's accept we don't own those thoughts. because why would you do this to yourself? are you a bully? would you roast someone else like this? i don't think so.
so how to deal with our āØbratty minds⨠because they are spoiled...
you'll talk back and your mind will be stunned. it's like exorcism trust me. find the most triggering thing for your mind. spray it on them like holy water. example dialogue:
you: i shift in seconds
mind: āļøš¤ no you don't
you: š
you: i shift in seconds
mind: wait, what's going on? š¤Ø
you: i shift in seconds
mind: wait, listen you don-
you: I SHIFT IN SECONDS
mind: š„š² okay okay...stop- SHIFT RIGHT NOW IF YOU CAN?? š¶āš«ļø

mind: what? no you didn-
you: i did. i shift in seconds

i think a lot of ppl on shiftok (and on here too tbh!) focus far too heavily on the PROCESS of shifting rather than the result. which is fine in moderation, of course, but when all you think about is how you get somewhere instead of the destination, thats when things can get complicated.
enjoy the journey - absolutely, but dont divert your attention from where you're actually going! remember that the actual action of shifting is a very miniscule part of all of this, living in your dr is much more long term!! your drself isn't concerned with how they got to that reality, they're simply concerned with living in it.
I feel like people forget that the state of attempting is temporary. So much of the shifting space is hyper focused on the getting there.
im going to shift soon bc i already have. time is done. im already there ive already shifted. so im going to soon.
I just noticed something, everytime when someone wants to shift back to their CR, they simply assume and intend to shift back by affirming "I'm shifting back to my CR", they KNOW they can shift back and they don't need to worry about being "stuck", and they always come back.
Now.. imply this to your DR. Assume that you're going to shift to your DR, assume that you're not stuck in this reality, because you can easily shift to your DR, just like shifting back to this reality.

Just to prove itās all easier than you think it is!
I woke up in the void state yesterday. I didnāt do anything special. I had work the day before and work the morning after. I was tired and not in a āperfectā mindset, and I didnāt drink enough water nor eat the most ideal foods. I didnāt have any magical signs or revelations, I just decided Iād do it and went to bed with that intention.
Still did it :)
Method:
I laid down (on my back as, personally, I get my best results when I do that) and just started breathing deeply. I told my subconscious loudly and clearly in my head that I intended to shift, and instantly felt symptoms. I kept breathing slow and deep while keeping my focus on the area around my third eye with my eyes closed if that makes sense? Just staring into the darkness of my eyes and breathing, only affirming when I felt myself starting to drift into sleep in order to keep my brain awake while my body fell asleep.
At one point I reached the hypnogogic state of sleep (aka when you start visualizing and dreaming) while my brain was awake, and the next thing I knew I couldnāt feel my body and I felt myself existing as pure consciousness. It was that easy. I donāt even know how long it took, but I moved around and adjusted while getting into the state and I still did it.
And just before anyone goes āoh well I canāt itās not easy for me,ā YES YOU CAN <3 it has taken me well over 3 years to enter the void state. It was taken me well over 3 years to mini-shift/lucid dream the way I have recently. It has taken me 3 years, countless methods, and lots of stress but guess what?
I still did it, and so can you ā”
I really want shifting friends. I feel like I'll always be hiding something from non-shifters. Like they'll never fully understand me or my life.
