I’ve seen it over and over again. Just one day on that stupid game is a nightmare. Coming from someone who has won it before. It... it was madness. A team that started off with just 5 people. Dimmed to 3 on the 2nd day. Turned to 4 on the 16th day. Then 1 on the last day. It messed with me. How I didn’t do anything to deserve that win. What, all that killing and hiding and running just for a few bucks? Maybe not just a few bucks but. Why me. Me of all people. Why?... For the new people who are about to enter this hell hole. People ran toward the boxes, chests, and crates, hoping to get their hands on at least one thing. If everyone were to open a chest they’d get a mystery crate. some didn’t even run to the chest. Some sat there crying, some ran toward the woods. Just then lightning struck. Someone had died. Another struck, then another. By the third lightning, people who were sitting there crying ran. 1 died 2 ran. 3 people dead in under 57 seconds. But enough mysterious people dying. Let’s enter someones Point Of View.
All I heard was Load Up 4 and I knew. They were picking again. Many people logged out at the time so I was still wondering why. When I looked up, the news screen said loading up random players. Me and my friends always joked about the game. Saying that they don’t pick randomly or anything. We were wrong. the amount of shock I had when I was standing there. In a pod. Staring at a timer and chests and crates. When I finally about to log out it was already at load up 15. At load of 16 I didn’t hear anything. It was like it skipped load up 17. Then said load up 18. That’s when my heart dropped. I felt like I was sinking in quicksand. The dim lighting and fire lit as the atmosphere brightened and brightened as more and more people were selected. I knew I was chosen. That I was a fool for thinking it wasn’t true. I was sad. I thought I was gonna die. The feeling there was too much like real life. I felt if I died there, I’ll die in real life. I fell to my knees. Looking down. Hearing the timer shut off and get quiet and quieter. I heard someone talking. They told me to accept and fight. To not hide or run. That to not get mad at the one that may or may not kill me. To try your best not to slaughter even if it was impossible. I felt a little better but looked at the timer. I was so stupid. I felt like trash. Things like “I’m gonna die. I’m dying. I’m depressed. I’m sad. Dishonesty. Depression.” was running through my head. I could barely breath. I was having an anxiety attack. I was breathing really fast I couldn’t... By the time it started clearing up I heard 3 2 1. It started building back up. 7 seconds after it started, I felt like I was choking but was frozen as I heard lightning. The sound of splatter, and the gross sad depression of looking at the dark and red liquid we called blood. I was heart broken. After that one a few seconds passed. Still sitting there I was starting to pull myself back together. I heard another lightning and ducked. When I did all I saw was something shiny then feeling no pain at all but just light then darkness. I woke up feeling a aching in my neck and two people hanging over me. I thought I died. I was breathing to heavily. My sister who was hanging over me asked; “Are you okay?! I was about to call the police. It was like you couldn’t breath or was choking! I was so scared! What happened?!” “I’m fine... and nothing happened. Just a little scare” I replied. “You’re fine?” “Yes! I was just... I was chosen randomly for the torment game’s 15th opening.” I replied. That night. I didn’t sleep well too much pain urging through my body. Lesson learned. Don’t stay still and cry. accept and fight.
That sucked. But thats what we got for now. It’s ovi I tried to make some Easter egg mysteries. I always liked those in stories. So 2 Easter eggs.
