Been rewatching Adventure Time and realized how much Jake tries to take control of the situation even though he is not apt to this. like with the episode where Finn makes a tower, he is encouraging him to go to space and punch his father and take his arm like this is going to make him feel any better. if it wasn't for Bonnibel stepping in and rescuing him, he would either die of lack of oxyegn or fall to his death. and we learn that it didn't make him feel any better when he actually thought he was getting his father's arm. from my memories Jake comes off as wise and very knowledgeable, but i feel like as seasons goes on, his tactics get worse and worse to deal with the conflicts Finn gets himself to. and i feel like thst is a reflection of how the simple and fantastical world that we have been knowing fir the first two season, is not real. and as they get older and get into more situations, he simple advices and solutions won't work anymore. everything is morecomplex now.

it also seems to say something Jake as a character. He seems to adop the parental figure role a little from his parents to Finn, where hs shoul know hot to calm him down and give him advice. But he doesn't know everythign, because he is a single flawed person.

finally my beast princess showtime is concoted.................... take my dragon caine that ive spent days agonizing over. hes supposed to look demmonic and his spines/spikes are teeth..... im such a genius.... the extra mouth on the taill functions like bubble. anyways pommni is a medieval monsterfucker thats the au, and he has a more humanoid form for simplicity reasons but i dont feel like drawing allat im TIRED ive had my fill of drawing for todau (girl who does nothing but draw and use her phone in class) and caine is huge in dragon form. atleast 16 ft in length or longer idfk im american im not good with metrics
