A bus may have only a couple of passengers, especially at the beginning or end of its route. But letâs also take fuel efficiency into account.
^^This.
Also, a bus spends much more time in motion than a car. So it takes up less parking space, and if you take the bus, you donât have to waste all that time looking for a spot, let alone paying for your spot. Iâd call that a success too.
And about this âif the bus is fullâ thing⊠If the bus is completely full, itâs too small or the line isnât served by a sufficient number of buses. (There must always be extra room in a bus in case someone needs to get on. Actually, lots of extra room on occasion, because at certain times and at certain stops there will be not just one but several moms with prams and/or wheelchair users trying (needing) to get on the same bus. Or what feels like hundreds of schoolchildren with HUGE book bags that are RIGID and have CORNERS and EDGES on their way to school or on their way back home.)
