Hello! The link basically talks about a lucky draw for the Happy Tea Time blanket. I won’t recommend participating in it due to the language barrier, and it seems you’re more interested in getting the dolls!
You could purchase the dolls from Taobao through a shopping agent.
I usually use Superbuy, but there are definitely other shopping agents though I can’t vouch for their efficiency and trustworthiness!
All you have to do is:
1. Go to Taobao and type “恋与制作人 happy tea time” into the search engine
2. You should see a few listings. As of now, the only listing I know of that sells dolls prices them at ~US$40 each. If this goes beyond your budget, you might want to wait for new listings to be posted over the next few days!
Since you want the dolls, look out for the word “玩偶” + the name of the character you’re interested in:
Victor: 李泽言
Gavin: 白起
Lucien: 许墨
Kiro: 周棋洛
To check their prices, click on the item you’re interested in and the price will appear in the beige box. For instance, the box I've clicked above shows me that Victor’s doll is 320 yuan, which is ~US$50.
3. Once you’ve decided on a listing, copy the website link and paste it into Superbuy, which will bring you to a translated version of the Taobao listing for you to confirm your order:

4. Select your items and add them to the cart. Once you’re done, check out on the right and it’s basically a normal online purchase!
5. An agent will handle the purchase for you, and the items will be sent to a warehouse in China. You’ll be notified regularly at every stage so you know where your items are. After that, select a shipping method to have the items delivered to your home, and just wait for the plushies to come home!
6. ⚠️ WARNING⚠️ : One common complaint about Superbuy is that the delivery costs can be pretty expensive, and you won’t know how much it is exactly until the items reach the warehouse (or maybe there’s actually a way to estimate it but I’m unaware LOL). Just prepare yourself mentally to fork out the same amount for delivery as the item you’re purchasing, just to be safe! Alternatively, you could check out other shopping agents!
I was listening to art youtubers the other night while trying to draw and I can’t remember who said this, but they basically said that if you’re an artist that’s going through their “ugly” phase where you hate everything you draw; keep pushing through that. It’s usually the time when you’re learning the most, and if you never stop practicing one day you’ll draw something and think “wtf I actually like this,” and you’ll be so grateful you never gave up.
