Amazing art
i found this to be the coolest thing i've seen so far
I have personal theory Talos is the actual name of "Lorkhan."
Lorkhan, Ysmir, Pelinal, Shezarr, Shor, Hans the Fox... These are all names that were given. But if we look at "The Many-Head Talos", it seems that Talos is a name the ninth actually gave himself. That is a significant distinction.
Also, the names he was branded with are all Aldmeri, Nordic and Ayleidon. Meanwhile, Talos is Ehlnofex. That is very very interesting, truly.
So Tiber Septim basically looked at himself upon his death and said: "Oh, right. I am that guy."
I also wonder if the Dovahkiin will have the same enlightenment upon his death. It seems to me that this was the reason that Bethesda made the whole plotline of the Aldmeri Dominion wanting to oppress Talos Worship. So that Talos, through a Streisand Effect, emerged in Skyrim, then ascends again to rejoin the pantheon.
For a while, I have been pondering over the thought that Lorkhan and Aka are not enemies. Lorkhan enthusiasts and Auriel enthusiasts will probably not like that, if they prefer the notion of eternal conflict between the two.
I believe, that specifically in the current Kalpa, Aka and Lorkhan may be the most cooperative.
For a long while I believed that Aka was evil. Why? Because I looked at Alduin and Auriel and was like: How is Aka supposed to be a good guy? And *suprise*, Aka is not evil.
[You can always correct me if you want, or if you have something to add]
That is because Alduin is essentialy that early wrath of Aka that unlike everything else on Mundus, never gets devoured. He is basically the version of Aka that looked at himself and the Et'ada around him and was disgusted by it - even by himself.
So Alduin is essentialy that early frustration of Aka, incarnate. That which continued to live on for possibly NUMEROUS of Kalpas. In a way, Alduin really hates himself the most and wants to devour himself, though he can't. Because the Dawn he can't undo.
It is indeed possible that we as The Last Dragonborn ended his misery, after he had survived for Kalpas and Kalpas on end.
That version and memory of Aka, aka Auriel, we hear about is fury and anger that is possibly worlds in the past. Though, he eventually gives up his powers for stability's sake.
Alduin is really that one wound within the kalpic cycle that was now left to be healed. He was that memory of a failed past that always slipped through. I think that makes the feat of the "Dovahkiin Ysmir Stormcrown" much much more meaningful.
The other wound was Lorkhan's heart lying beneath the Red Mountain. Praise Nerevarine for that!
In any case, when i read through the Song Of Pelinal it seems to me as if Alessia represented Aka and Pelinal represented Lorkhan, and yet also the other way around. Alessia/Aka the empress/king who sits the throne, governs, rules and then there is Pelinal, another Mask of the astrayed Sithis, being the shadow of Aka. Only that this shadow moves by itself.
Than the obvious synthesis between Aka and Lkhan, manifested as the many later Dovahkiin suggests that Aka and Lkhan drive each other.
Then Akatosh who is basically a dragon, powered by a human heart and later Talos who is powered by Aka's soul. The Nords who were once Dragons and the Dragons that were once Nords.
So... Aka and Lorkhan are not enemies and not rivals. It is merely the fragments and memories of forgotten worlds and an unchangeable past that slip through and blight our vision.
I have so many more points, but I fear that I will lose the plot, as I am writing this as a freestyle.
Cheese.

Talos = Lorkhan?
Anuiel was a "king", Sithis "rebelled" against him. Lorkhan observed this and how the Aurbis changed, due to their interplay. Lorkhan was the "observer"
Then Aka was a king, Lorkhan a rebel and Magnus the Observer
With the creation of Mundus, Lorkhan became "king" and Trinimac the "rebel" while Auriel the "observer".
What does this have to do with Talos? These events involving a king, observer and rebel always end up being essential to the Aurbis, they are called "Enantiomorphs"
Now, Zurin Arctus, Ysmir Wulfharth and Tiber Septim are all Aspects of Lorkhan, this is confirmed by Michael Kirkbride. Mortals consider Lorkhan dead, but can a god truly die?
Now consider this:
Tiber Septim (Lorkhan and Rebel) - Ysmir (Lorkhan, and king) - Arctus (Lorkhan, and Observer) Lorkhan + Lorkhan + Lorkhan became Talos. The missing god, arisen from his koma. Lorkhan was compromised, willing or no, suffered, lived the life of a mortal and was then pieced together again and reformed.
Talos is Lorkhan. This is why the Aldemri Dominion hates him.
Dragonborn - Shezarrine or Aka's champion?
Is the dragonborn of Akatosh or Shezarr? That question has been of great relevance it seems but many don't seem to have a definite answer or often overlook things, leave gaps. I can't blame them, TES lore is a mess at times.
I believe the answer is not that simple though: What happened before Mundus? LKHN got his hands on Aka's soul, wether Aka was fine with it is a matter of debate. In this sense, Mundus is actually their Amaranth - Aka dreams it and Lorkhan lives it.
The dragonborn heroes are not merely "blessed by Lorkhan" or "blessed by Akatosh". We are a SHADE of Lorkhan that still carries Aka's soul with it.
"Lorkhan" is not a name, it is merely a branding for a force of the Aurbis that embodies change. His heart tossed into the sea and now he is an active part of the mortal realm. Lorkhan may be damned to walk the Mundus forever but now, he always has the chance ascend, like all other mortals - Hence Talos.
"Anu’s firstborn, for he mostly desired order, was time, anon Akatosh. Padhome’s firstborn went wandering from the start, changing as he went, and wanted no name but was branded with Lorkhan." - Vehk's Teaching
Hot take: Hermaues Mora finished off Miraak for The Last Dragonborn to disrupt an Enantiomorph and shifted its outcome.
In this scenario, The Last Dragonborn was Ysmir, the king and Miraak was the rebel (He sent cultists after him) and Mora in Apocrypha took the role of the observer, or witness, as they battled. For the first time, if the dragonborn finsihed him off, the king would be the successor. In the timeline of The Elder Scrolls, Aka was the king, LKHN the rebel and then Nirn was created. On Nirn, Lorkhan was king and got defeated by Trinimac. Would it have been a first time in the cosmic scale, that the "king" succeeds? Or am I overthinking.
The haunting thing about this is that Mora probably instigated this "rivalry" that never existed, Mora created a situation.
As I said: cultists were sent after us, funny enough that Miraak didn't even know we existed until we stepped foot inside Apocrypha, which means that Mora was the one who sent them. The whole thing seems to revolve about Enantiomorph and the cycle of violence that Mora kept going. What if Miraak and The Last Dragonborn broke through that cycle and actually WORKED together? Was it something Mora feared, thus manipulated?
What would have happened if Miraak and The Last Dragonborn worked together? What if they both turned on Mora? What if we were to sacrifice ourselves so that Miraak may be free?
One word: Amaranth
So many names, yet only one remains
"Lorkhan, LKHN, Sep, Shor, Shezarr, Ysmir, Talos. So many names…"
"Does it really matter in the end? I am here. I am part of this and I will die, as always, just to bear a new name, yet the same old branding. They might brand me Lorkhan, but am I truly Lorkhan still? I shatter, am born anew, forget myself, only to find myself once more"
(...)
"And still my heart rests in the heart of the heart of the great wheel. Too shattered to share the dream with you that we once shared - if only you had dared to dream. And so still, I long for the stars, to be united and yet I am caged as part of the Amaranth. Caged by the one I wanted to engage with, heartless and broken, i shed one mask after the other, die slowly like every other mortal that has the courage to suffer."
(...)
But when Alessia dared to dream, she dreamt of a golden dragon, guarded by a knight. Together they spoke as the skies shook: Oh, dearest Saint Alessia, hearest thou my voice? Accept the Adabal-a, that you may assist humanity for when Ayleid cease to reign. Light the dragon fires and turn the tide.
(...)
"I, who is of both Aka and LKHN wear the Stormcrown, who inheritated this realm from The One. I shift the times, spew the fire - I, Talos Stormcrown, see that you have suffered for me to win this throne, and I see how you hate jungle. Let me show you the power of Talos Stormcrown, born of the North, where my breath is long winter! I breathe now, in royalty, and reshape this land which is mine. I do this for you, Red Legions, for I LOVE YOU!
