Little Perks Tip #13 - The best tips in life come from our fellow moms, so we've collected our favorite tips to share with you! Share with your friends to help spread the knowledge #LittlePerksPromo
DAY EIGHT: April 27, 2017 Current Weight: 150 pounds Total Weight Loss: -0.8 pound Goal Weight: 115 pounds
~ WEIGH IN WEDNESDAY!!! ~ DAY SEVEN - April 26, 2017 Current Weight: 150 pounds (-0.8 pound weight loss) Goal Weight: 115 pounds
DAY SIX - April 25, 2017 Current Weight: 150.8 pounds Goal Weight: 115 pounds
It's the day before weigh in. I always get scared the day before because I get nervous that I'll go over my point's and mess up my weigh in. I've been pretty good this week and I'm pretty positive that I'll be down a few pounds tomorrow. I was able to catch up on my sleep last night. I didn't drink all my water or get all my steps, but I'm going to try to get them in today. I'm well over my FitPoints goal, but my personal goal is to be doing 10,000 steps a day like I use to do.
DAY FIVE - April 24, 2017 Current Weight: 150.8 pounds Goal Weight: 115 pounds
I had trouble sleeping last night and I'm not sure why. I didn't fall asleep until 5:30am and my Fitbit said I only slept for 5 hours. I'm not sure how that's going to affect me today. I haven't drank any water today yet, but just filled up my "jug". I'm getting ready to head out to go on a walk to get some FitPoints. I'm hoping these clouds will hold back the rain until after my walk.
DAY FOUR: April 23, 2017 Current Weight: 150.8 pounds Goal Weight: 115 pounds
Had my lunched packed and tracked for today and enough to figure out what I wanted for dinner without worrying if I'll go over. I also brought my huge bottle of water to work to get my water intake in. I know this is only day 4 of my transformation challenge, but this is actually helping me stay on track.
DAY THREE: April 22, 2017 Current Weight: 150.8 pounds Goal Weight: 115 pounds
I'm back on track today. I still have a few points left that I'm sure I'll have no problem eating. I didn't drink all my water yet since I forgot my water bottle at home. I haven't gotten all my steps in (I doubt I will for the day) and have 5 FitPoints. I've been really tired today and I don't know why. Glad I'll be able to sleep in a little bit tomorrow. Packing my lunch has been helping me buy less junk. I do need to buy more produce to try to keep my hunger down... maybe more protein as well.

DAY TWO - April 21, 2017 Current Weight: 150.8 pounds Goal Weight: 115 pounds
Sneaking in last minute for day two of my transformation challenge. I went well over my daily points today, but hit my step goal on my Fitbit and earned 11 FitPoints.
DAY 1 - April 20, 2017 Current Weight: 150.8 pounds Goal Weight: 115 pounds
I am a lifetime Weight Watchers member who fell off the wagon and is trying to get back down to my goal weight. Follow me as I take a picture every day to show my daily transformation to try to get back down to 115 pounds. I am strictly doing Weight Watchers in order to do this, but I encourage anyone who is on a weight loss program to follow me and even do their own transformation challenge. I am doing this transformation challenge to keep myself motivate as well as get others motivated. My weigh ins are every Wednesday and I will update my weight when I post my pictures. My goal is to try to get back down to my original goal weight and to maintain once I drop the weight. You can also follow me on Weight Watchers (kjasmin1), Instagram (ShortayCoach39), and Twitter (@ShortayCoach39).
Ten Reasons Why I Love Weight Watchers
I can eat whatever I want. I don't have to deprive myself from a specific food group, drink a shake as a meal replacement, or buy a meal plan. It's all about relearning how to eat in moderation.
I have a support group, in person and online. I go to meetings once a week which helps keep myself accountable and get tricks and tips from my Weight Watchers leader and other members. Besides allowing me to track my points on my phone, online also has unlimited resources, like recipes and coaching. You have the option to just go to the meetings or just do online. I choose to do both because I personally benefit from both.
I'm allowed to have a bad day. You have a set amount of daily points that you need to intake. But if you had a bad day or there is an event that you're attending, there are weekly points that you can also dip into. They give you this weekly points for those purposes. You also have the choice not to use any of the weekly points if you don't want to. You also earn activity points by exercising.
You lose weight at a very safe pace. There is no special pill that will allow you to lose 30 pounds in a week. When you start forming helpful habits, like eating smarter and getting more exercise, you will see the weight fall off.
Besides losing weight, Weight Watchers may help with other health problems. In my meetings, I've heard so many people say that Weight Watchers has helped reduce some health complications or that they're no longer on certain medications because they've simply decided to take better care of themselves.
I get to pick my own goal weight. Weight Watchers does let you know what your weight range should be, but you get to pick a goal weight that you would feel comfortable with.
Lifetime members get their membership for free! Once you hit your goal weight and are able to maintain your weight, your membership is free! What a great incentive to keep you on track!
It's judgement free. Everybody is allowed to join, no matter your age, gender, or religion. Members have been in your shoes already and know what you're going through. Everyone is on Weight Watchers for the same reason... to live a better lifestyle.
I don't have to recruit people. I have had non-Weight Watchers members come up to me and ask me questions about my experience because they are interested in joining. I actually get excited that they're considering joining because they see how well I'm doing! I don't get credit for when they join. The best reward is seeing new members feel better about themselves.
I get to live my life. Weight Watchers is a lifestyle change. Yes... I'll be on this the rest of my life, but it works for me. This is not a fad diet. Weight Watchers has been around since 1963 and has millions of success stories.
Day One
Today went pretty good. I forgot to set my alarm early enough to go to the gym before work and ended up just not going at all today. I did weigh in at 143.9lbs this morning (boo!). I also started wearing my Fitbit again and hit my 10000 step goal. I had it charging last night, so I couldn't wear it to bed and don't know how well I slept last night. But I'll be wearing it tonight, so we'll see how bad my sleep pattern has gotten. I am definitely going to the gym tomorrow because I signed up for an aerobics class and I have an appointment with a personal trainer.
I did start with the Nature's Science 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean. I don't really feel any changes yet. I'm not sure if I'm still constantly hungry or if it's suppressed my appetite yet.. or if I'm even going to get a change in appetite at all. I might have felt a little more energetic than normal. I did feel like I had butterflies in my stomach. I don't know if that means that it's doing its magic and breaking down whatever I'm putting into my body.
I've tracked EVERYTHING on MyFitnessPal today. My calorie goal is 1200 so that I can attempt to lose roughly 2 pounds a week. I ended up eating 1476 calories today, but got 257 calories back from moving around today (I have my Fitbit and MyFitnessPal linked). So I was only technically over by 19 calories for the day, but it's a lot better than what I've been doing obviously. I was attempted to make a bag of popcorn (my weakness), but I'm not sure if that's just because of habit or if I'm still hungry. I also started drinking water regularly again. I drank a little more than 64 ounces.
I'm being pretty optimistic about losing weight and getting healthy again. I'm hoping that the green coffee bean pill will help boost my weight loss. I probably won't post again for a week unless something drastic comes up like I lost 5 pounds in 3 days haha. I'm definitely expecting is to lose at least 3 pounds by the end of the week... just because I'm changing my eating habits and getting rid of the water weight since that's what usually happens within the first week. Keep you posted!
I'M BAAAAACK!
What's up Tumblr? I know I haven't been on in FOREVER, but I need to start blogging again. I just turned 28 years old (what! what!) and I'm hoping to make this year a good one. But the thing that sucks about it is that I gained ALL my weight that I lost from Weight Watchers and I'm pretty upset about it. I stopped going to Weight Watchers because I moved to Pennsylvania two and a half years ago and I was not happy with the leader that I was going to and there wasn't any other times/dates that I could go to, so I just stopped going and gained all my weight back. I'm sure there were some other factors along with moving that attributed to my weight gain, but I know I could have kept my weight down if I just stuck with it.
So tomorrow, I will be starting my weight loss journey... again! I'm not going back to Weight Watchers quite yet, but I will eventually once I lose some weight. I want to eventually switch to the EndoDiet, too, to help with my endometriosis. As of now, I've decided that I'm going to use what I've learned from Weight Watchers to help me drop some weight. I'm going to be using MyFitnessPal to track my weight, what I'm eating/drinking, etc. I also have a Fitbit that will track my activity.
This time, I will also be trying weight loss pills in conjunction with going to the gym and eating better. I'm not 100% sure how I feel about it yet. I ended up getting a bottle of Zantrex-3 and a bottle of Nature's Science 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean. I'm not sure which one I'm going to use first.
With Zantrex-3, the directions are: For weight loss, take two capsules with a full glass of water 15 minutes before main meals. For a significant energy boost, take 1 or 2 capsules as needed. As a pre-workout supplement, take two capsules 30 minutes before exercise with a glass of water. Do not exceed 6 capsules in any 24-hour period. If I use this, I'll probably take two capsules in the morning before l go to the gym, then two capsules before lunch time. I don't know if I'll take this at dinner because I heard that this is suppose to give you energy and I don't want to be wide awake when I'm trying to go to bed.
With Nature's Science 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean, the directions are: Take a serving in the morning with food and a serving 6 hours later with an afternoon meal or snack, each time with 8 oz. of water. Do not exceed 6 caplets within a 24-hour period. This product should be used in conjunction with a reduced-calorie diet and regular exercise program. I'm slightly confused because I'm not sure if I'm only suppose to be eating two meals a day or if it's only necessary to take two servings of the green coffee bean pills. I don't eat breakfast, so I'm wondering if I could just eat a granola bar in the morning and be fine.
Tomorrow is a new day and I'm hoping that it'll be a good start. The goal for tomorrow is to do an official weigh in, take my pills, workout before work, start tracking on MyFitnessPal. My goal for the week is to track 100% on MyFitnessPal and keep within my calorie limit, take the pills every day, and start a better sleeping habit (sleep 7-9 hours). So... here's to tomorrow! I'll keep everyone posted!
