on another note im trying to befriend someone new and i think its going ok. ive always found her pretty. voice of a princess. everything about her is a sad song you cant stop listening to. a star burning itself out until its nothing. i dont get angry when she cries.
i invited her to a show i dont even have tickets for. am i too much?
are we just her rebound friends?

im oh so slowly reconnecting with a childhood best friend. its been ages since i last talked to her. its making me realize you dont really know anybody like you think you do- you know a snapshot of them maybe, a few scenes from the movie but nowhere near the full film (not even the highlight reel) i know a girl who liked the same bands as me and thought my art was amazing when we were 11 years old. what bands does she like now? what would she think of my art now? what would she think of me? lord knows im not the same person i was that long ago. its like talking to a new person with the same beautiful face. shes the kind of girl that belongs in a painting. can you miss someone even when they're right there? how do you rekindle something built on the backs of two little girls that you arent anymore? should i invest in a diary?
i think its funny tumblr used to be my Main social media and now i have to relearn how to use it cause its been like 4 years since ive reslly been on here
