Made my "first" Baumkuchen with a semi-sweet/dark chocolate glaze on top. It is truly a tasty cake. Ich habe meine "erste" Baumkuchen gebacken, mit eine Glasur vom halb süß/dunkle Schokolade. Der Kuchen schmeckt sehr gut. Gut gemacht James.

Made my 2nd mirror cake today just out of whim. I need to invest in a better display and possibly find a lamp to give better lighting. But here it is my purple/blue coconut cake with blueberries to adorn the tops and sides. #baking #mirrorcake #illgetitperfectsoon
