On my drive home tonight and watching the sunset. I was reminded during my meditation (almost fell asleep) how life is full of opportunity and to waist one moment being unhappy, or being intentionally hurt by others..... You choose that! I was back in my hometown today, and the weight of the darkness felt was when I had to take that moment... and heal myself. So much heartache and pain from the past that made me step out of the deep deep sinking water and jump out high and all alone to make something better for my life. I found myself. I found out how much I really do love who I am and where I am at. So! When you are afraid to take the plunge, or risk it all. Remember! Eating this way is NOT the healthiest! Could I have chosen a salad like my mom? Absolutely! But that was my Birthday dinner from my mom.. she would have disappointed that I chose a salad... She wouldn’t have said it out loud, but she would have posed that question to me. “Are you on a diet?” Has this happened to you? Is this your life that I’m talking about? You don’t desire the questions, the ridicule or the discussion. When my clients first begin my 3 Phase System, they all encounter this situation. Some are more intense than others. When we make choices to get healthier and work on our health conditions. People don’t understand. They don’t feel our pain. Nor how much we suffer in such silence every single day. 9 years ago!! My life was full of pain! You can see in the first pic how I was in pain, suffering to sit on those bleachers to watch my child perform. I would/will suck up any amount of pain to see and be with my children. Here I am today! Healthy! 90 lbs down, 15 medications are gone! I don’t require my wheelchair to function. See!
