The bad thing abt being on a diet/ trying to eat better is that your only source of comfort is gone so when you're in a depressive episode you can't even calm your brain for a minute. Today my cousin's wife said that I seem very confident in myself and am generally very pleasant to hang out with and I have no idea why'd she think that but then again I am probably different with family than with others because I really am anything but confident or secure in myself. But with family I have no reason to be shy or whatever so I guess I seem different. It got me curious as to how people outside of my family generally perceive me but I'm also scared to know.
