This town... Was-- no, wait-- felt a lot ‘better’ than the one he had grown up at. 

It had only been nearly two years since his mother had died. Thinking that it would be a good idea, two people who used to be close to his mother, had taken both him and his younger sibling on a ‘vacation’. In all honesty, Ade didn’t have anything against it. After spending two years at that place which was filled with memories, he had yearned for something new. To go somewhere he had never been before.

They had driven around for a while and ended up stumbling upon this small town-- which was weird. Why? Well, they couldn’t really find it on the map. Not that Ade minded that, really. Not knowing anything about this place gave him a subject to talk to people about. This was why he had also approached just a random stranger.

“Hey, uh... Excuse me. Are you a local?”

How long had it been since the last time he had heard that song? It was nice, actually. At first he didn’t really try finding out where that singing came from. It made him feel happy and that was all that mattered for him at the moment. But after a few seconds he just couldn’t stop his curiosity and looked around. Ade’s eyes soon caught sight of the pen. Ah, so it could record things. Not that anybody was around to press the button. 

Smiling, the teen picked up the object to take a better look at it. “Thank you–!”

The young child’s eyes widened as he held the string that was attached to the balloon in his tiny hands. His hands had a tight grip on it because he didn’t want to lose the object– it was his first one after all. His eyes stared at it for a moment before they moved to look at the other, a bright smile on his face. Without waiting for even a moment longer, the boy attached himself to the other’s leg, still holding tightly onto the string of the balloon, of course. 

           “Thank you so much!”

Short hiatus!! Will be back in 4 days!!

//I’m so late with posting this. I’m currently going through school exams. Over here, starting 4th year of Havo (Google!!!), we have school exams at the end of every period. That’s the reason for why I was being so slow at Yamura/Oliver and wasn’t active on Dragon, Donnmom, Zai and Ade at all. I’m so sorry guys. I will try to get back to… more active after 4 days.
