rules 4 myself:
daily maximum intake of 400 calories (a weight loss calculator said that i need 628 daily to meet my next goal by next month, but this is realistically making room for binges and calculator inaccuracy)
fast for at least 24 hours as much as possible and longer when i can
walk a minimum of 2 miles a day. this is incredibly doable as i walk to and from my fairly active job
only eat within a few hours of before going to work- prevents binges
only purge if i overate/binged- i want to avoid bulimia face as much as possible
only weigh myself on days when i plan to break a fast- prevents overeating and can sometimes promote extending fasts
these don't count if I'm sick (weak and throwing up bc lacking electrolytes), like i was last week. also im leaving my debit card at home so i don't spend money on binge foods
