hii sysblr i have a question!! how do you log symptoms . that sounds ridiculous but we have school for 6 hours and aren’t allowed to use our phones at ALL unless it’s lunchtime (and we have lunch at the end of the day), so like,, how am i supposed to catch onto symptoms and keep track of them? we typically write them down in a private discord server because we’re more likely to be on the phone then writing in a notebook

also like . what symptoms should be the most important to look out for? most of the time we don’t tend to notice if someone else fronts unless we look back at our day (sort of like “hmm, i remember being in this class but not this one”) sorry if these questions are a little dumb,, i know what the dsm-5 requirements are i’m just not sure how to put it on paper when it comes to tracking

whether or not the questioning label still applies is honestly up for debate . there has been established communication and symptoms occurring but i suppose we just keep the label on as to feel a sense of security; like a way to “back out” of this if we feel like we were wrong

but . err . i guess i’m content with this. not Really but it feels really lonely to have only a handful of sys friends to talk to and most of them are in the same boat as me

how do you tell if you have a new alter or if you’re just making profiles for unnecessary personality changes. i’m so serious there are various moments where it hasn’t been me (host) and i’d make a profile just to be sure and yet they front ONCE and i question if it was just me in a different mood or an actual person. i don’t think i am supposed to have so many fragments. are you actually an oc fictive or was i just feeling romantical towards my own headmate for no reason.
