this is a blog for me to yap about my original characters and their universe.
There are no gods, contrary to popular belief. But, instead, humans breathed life into powerful beings called Keepers. They rule their domains as they were born to. Some with care and others with an iron fist. These Keepers, thought to be the Gods of a decaying world, have esteemed worshipers. Call them priests or cultists, it doesn't matter. By their patron, they are gifted a portion of power. This, dear listener, is how folklore was born. So feared by the average creature, humans once more created a life of which they feared. From the Priestess of Love, we found Vampyrs. From The Priest of Death, we gained Spirits. From the Priestess of The Sun, werewolves prowled under the twin's reflection. But, above them, there are the Champions. Better known as the Sigil Bearers. On their body, lies a peice of majik carved into their skin, granting them a direct connection to their patron. But, unlike the Priests, they do not get a choice. Very few Keepers consider the wishes of their Champion, the only ones known to do so are Death, War, and The Sun.
