@staff : Listen here, you fuckers. Yeah. I have adult stuff. And you seem to be in the process of blocking and deleting accounts, even if they’re marked adults only for privacy. I’ve been migrating to other social media that are more supportive and less prone to your ham-fisted fascist bullshit. But here’s the thing. I have been a loyal Tumblr user since 2012. And yeah. There’s some adult stuff, but on the whole, my blog is only about a third penis. The rest is food, culture, art, nature, spirituality. Are you all so ham-fisted as to force people out and not allow them to adapt? I have been wanting too. And y'all have made that nigh on impossible. Users are people. Not account numbers. The only positive in all this, is that we’ve been forced to actually socialize through other mediums. Like the old days with instant messaging. It’s great. I’m finally talking to interesting people. Not just sharing pics that may or may not get liked or reblogged. It’s OK to build this wall. But THINK about what you’re doing. I know this is falling on completely deaf ears and hands that have been tied behind your backs. I know that this is Verizon and their executives crashing a mainly positive, mostly progressive (and yeah, way to fucking permissive of the far right) society PEOPLE. But what you’re being forced to do is just plain wrong. It’s the digital equivalent of Savonarola’s bonfires. Two weeks to move YEARS of happiness and pain, pleasure and life (good or bad) while you crawl through and randomly block and/or delete blogs is just plain wrong and y'all know it. And you know. Pissing off this many people will not only ruin your reputation on the global internet stage will kill the platform and practically ruin your parent company…a company that already has a horrible reputation. So, go ahead. Ruin yourselves. We little numbered cockroaches will prevail. Because life prevails over all, every time. You’ll go the way of MySpace, Beebo and Livejournal. Enjoy your Dizz-knee irrelevance. Mayberry is not a real place. And you can’t remake a space randomly after you’ve created it and allowed it to grow. You’re cutting out your heart in the hopes that Mickey Mouse will save you. He won’t. No one will.
