What a milestone—40 years of adventuring.

This special is from a scene much further in the LU comic. It felt like a fitting way to reflect on the journey that started it all. What an impression it left, as we still feel that sense of adventure all these years later.

Just listened to Mother Mother’s 《Arms Tonite》 and the lyrics fit them way too perfectly.

So…

Ages ago I started a vidow playlist for songs I felt were suit for them, and somehow it’s already up to nine tracks…didn’t see that coming haha！

Half of the songs are about grief and betrayal, the rest are drawn to dangerous and mysterious things , and there are even two about cannibalism…aaaaaand these keywords basically sum up my impression of this ship. Yep.

Since it fits them so well, I’ve always wanted to draw something about it but kept failing… now I can at least bring the image in my head to life!

Hopefully I can draw more in the future.

And this whole ramble has ONE MORE PURPOSE : I’d be really happy if you went and gave them a listen!（Seriously，the songs are just really good！
