Now, I have an important announcement!

There was recently a breach of one of BLi's prisons. Many escaped. And they were making so much progress at becoming Better citizens! One of these escaped convicts is Milo Graves, more commonly known by the killjoy alias Honey Biscuit. A reward for his capture (ALIVE) has gone out, in total this will amount to 500,000 Carbons. Report any sightings of him to your nearest S/C/A/R/E/C/R/O/W officer :)
