Deadpool story where a character (whoever you wish, maybe 616 Deadpool) helps Weapon 11 get his identity back. He lost his voice, his cheerfulness, his jokes, his mind. All he is now is a hollow husk of his former self.

But he wants that back. He wants to be normal again. And he'll get there, no matter what it takes

Here it is! The premise of the story is that Lily, an indestructible mutant (like, water bear levels of indestructible) finds Wade's corpse in the nuclear plant following the end of the Origins movie. She takes pity on this feral, broken mutant, and decides to slowly rehabilitate him to the best of her abilities, hopefully so they can join the X-Men (still early in its foundation meaning it's a different set of members)

They uh, they get a BDSM artist to make their suits, an obvious reference to the "gimp suit" joke that's sometimes said about Deadpool's suit. I just thought it'd be funny to add lmao. Wade's suit also has a mouth btw, he can only speak properly when he's wearing it. He does also have a collar like Steve in Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs but it's not as good lmao

There would also be some steamy moments between Lily and Wade down the line:
