at my zoo we have two very large Aldabara tortoises. They're like 70 years old. They're the size of small horses.

In the winter they can't go outside because cold. we have a group of volunteers on the Tortoise Snuggling Squad who go in every day and brush their shells, and give them pets and scritchies.

I know some of those volunteers and they say that when the tortoises see them come in they zoom right over, excited to get their brushies and scritchies.
