Shaken, Not Stirred|| Zeke & Katya
âOh I sense weâre heading into some very clichĂ© waters here,â Katya teased as he told her the statistic. It rang true to her, something she would have picked up in a magazine or a web article. It also rang familiar.
âIs this the part where you point out my blown pupils, or the way I recross my legs, maybe perhaps the fact that Iâm leaning in closer to tell me Iâm nonverbally communicating my sexual desire for you?â
She tilted her head at him and smiled, âcause thatâd be awfully disappointing. I am just starting to have fun, do try not to ruin it.â
Zeke actually laughed; throwing his head back and everything. So quick witted. Katya Jordans was something else.Â
âWhat was it that you said? âIs that not how most people find out if others are into them anywayâ?â Zeke repeated innocentlyâ feeling mischievous.Â
âI would hate to be a disappointment, Jordans,â Zeke supplied while he waved down the bartender for more drinks, âI was just getting started.â
âHmm, touchĂ©,â Katya awarded him the credit he received for turning her own words into his own ammunition. She did so appreciate when people could keep up with her. It was made all the better knowing that he was human. She wondered how long he could hold out (in more aspects than one).
She smirked as he called for more drinks, âIâm glad to hear that. A girl can get discouraged when sheâs not asked about herself. Or is it that you feel you know everything you need to already?â
Katya teased him, but her words were tinged with the truth of how common an occurrence that seemed to be. Not only for her, but for most women. The difference was Katya usually looked for casual and there was plenty of men around that wanted the same thing. It was different with women, much more difficult to have casual sex with them.Â
