Somewhere in the city, a man is preparing several promotional items, like shirts, buttons, banners and golden roses.

It’s almost that time of the year again.

A blur shot past, then began spinning around and around, hopefully ensuing this man’s hard work to now be one dizzy disarray of pandemonium. The man was already spinning like a top, because of this rainbow blur running around his feet. It was obviously working quite well, since some of his hard work was being spat out of the top of this human-sized tornado.

The rainbow enigma stopped to reveal...

“TADA!”

Lovely. We now know the culprit is one Lemmy Koopa, with his new wand at hand. He seems happy to do this, for some unknown reason. The man’s plight, however, is only up to him though, after he stops spinning like a top.

And there goes Lemmy! Chasing after a pack of those big fluffy birds that are Chocobos, but he deems them as chickens, for they are pretty and fluffy. But all and all, just look at those big birds run for their very lives.
