One thing in the show I hate is the ending part.

Now hear me out, I don't "hate" hate it. It just pisses me off sometimes. One is in the journal 3 and another in the show itself.

Show ending- So basically at the end, we see Wendy giving Dipper a letter and exchange hats. Now that's sweet. But what annoys me is that the letter is addressed as "To: Dipper", and that is the problem with me.

What do you mean just Dipper? What about Mabel? She also helped the town against Bill. It would have been so cool if the letter was addressed as "To: The Pines Twins" Or "The mystery twins" Or to both of them. It's just sad that Dipper only got a sweet letter from their friends and Mabel got nothing. But as I said before, I don't hate it, it just pisses me off.

The Journal-

At the end, after weirdmageddon, in the journal, after Dipper's writing we see Ford's writing again. And it's really sweet how he writes so fondly about his nephew-...Wait...Just nephew? That's the problem with me.

He only writes about Dipper then about him and Stan, and that's cool. But he doesn't write about Mabel, about how she also helped them all. It just saddens me how he didn't write about Mabel, about that he is proud of her too. It would have been cool if he would have wrote that he is so proud of both of them.

But again, this is just my opinion and I don't exactly hate it.

Fiddleford's son, Tate, was a jerk.

Now now, before ya all curse me hear me out.

His son was a jerk for abandoning his father after he went crazy. I bet Fidds was a great dad before he moved to Gravity Falls to help Ford.

But after he went crazy and all his family turned their backs on him, like mentioned in journal 3.

Get this:

Fidds own son leaves him to live in the dump, ignoring the fact he tried so much to get his son's attention and tried to show him love. But all he does is chase him away.

He didn't care the slightest of him. Even after Fiddleford started to regain his sanity after finding his past and memories, he didn't return.

He probably left him to save his dignity in society (which was selfish to say the least, because he was his dear father).

Ok, ok, Fidds was going through the process of regaining his memories and sanity and probably didn't tell his son about it just yet. But even after weirdmaggedon, he didn't return. Ford went to visit him after and he was still in the dump.

Tate was one of the people to turn into stone, and he must have seen his father save him and the citizens. He must have seen the way he was way more saner. Yet he didn't return to him after so long.

Then suddenly he comes back to him when Fidds became a millionaire through his inventions and gets the mansion. And now he is living off of his father's earned money.

Tate only returned to his father after he got the money.

He. Is. A. Big. Jerk.

Also, I don't get it how people like human Bill so much. Sure, sure, he looks nice and everything but I just can't feel myself care about it. I love the canon triangle dude and always will.

So Stanley was wandering around the country, changing names and everything. And then Ford needed him and sent a letter to him. But how did he know his address if he was constantly changing places. Unless they were in touch which is of course unlikely. So how was that letter able to reach Stan? My minds hurting from this.
