I'm used to shipwars being a thing in fandom, but sometimes I'll randomly remember that the EU had a years long feud between authors about who Jaina Solo should end up with. Like, back and forth over the course of multiple series, some between different books in the same series. These people, all paid professionals pretty highly regarded in their field, spent more than a decade passive-aggressively fighting about one woman's love life.

1) Community

-the way air nomads separate their temples into temples just for nuns and children and temples for monks was always kinda weird to me, considering they had their arms wide open for all strangers? Also I'm genuinely curious as to where non binary benders went... like did they just stay with the nuns that raised them or did they journey from temple to temple figuring out which they liked best??

- also I have a theory that they probably all ate every single meal together in front of the temples and shared everything, considering the lack of farmers and probably the non existence of money in the nomad culture (?)

2) Infrastucture:

- Not sure if it's visible, but I thought it would be kinda fun to give the nun temple little sticks on the side of the main building to jump off from and land on like in bird cages ? 😅 They're not really relevant, I just thought it would make living there more fun

- on the last slide I put little huts on the sides of the mountains, maybe there were monks that wanted to live a slightly more solitary life not directly in the temples, yet still dependet on them? So that would be an idea I would have had for that, while still making sense in the canon cuz if they had lived further away there would have been some to survive sozin invasion, right?

Mara Jade! I always see her depicted in the black jumpsuit with her hair flying loose and sexy, but in the books she tends to go for practical clothes and a utilitarian braid. 

Oh also, I read @jedimordsith Oracle fic last year and couldn’t get the idea of Mara in coronet braids out of my head <3
